I'll preface this by saying that I think I realized I'm just not a huge poboy fan. But when in New Orleans, you do as they do. Killer Poboys came highly regarded and I understand why. They have a large variety of options, so you can get something more traditional to something a little more out there. They also have great vegetarian options, which can be difficult to find in this city!

My husband and I enjoyed a ham poboy. We weren't too hungry so we shared and it was the perfect size. The ingredients tasted fresh, which was much appreciated. Service was friendly and they are very attentive to ensure tables are clean.

A bit of a hole in the wall spot on a side street close to Bourbon St. I was on the hunt for vegan friendly food in NOLA & was happy to find this. They had three vegan po'boy options. I chose the Thai bbq tofu since I like Thai spices & wanted more protein. Overall, decent but the tofu could have been marinated a bit longer and the bread could have had a sauce lined inside. The bread was dry other than the relish added inside and stacks of tofu. Maybe adding a spread on the bread and smaller tofu pieces could help. They also sell drinks & chips. My friend tried the potato salad and said it was good but spicy. I'd come back to try the other options.

There is plenty of seating inside. They have a restroom too.

I was really excited to find vegetarian Poboys. I had bookmarked this spot during a prior visit to NOLA but didn't make it in. We stopped in our first night for a casual bite to eat bc it was nearby.

I tried the cauliflower poboy and it left much to be desired. The cauliflower was just steamed with minimal seasoning and was mediocre at best. The sauce and bread was helpful in redeeming it but not enough.

Others in the group had the tofu and a meat option (I forget which one) and seemed to like theirs.

Tucked away in the back of an Irish Pub this poboy shop did not disappoint. I lived off and on in NOLA for eight years, so not my first rodeo. The typical shrimp poboy is nothing special. Killer's was deliciously fresh with seasoned seared shrimp and pickled veggies. Found a place to sit and enjoy ans didn't feeling like I had a 10lb lead weight in my gut. Worth stopping by on your French Quarter adventures!

Very happy to see that half the menu featured vegetarian items and also vegan options. I know my friends would totally be into the shrimp and pork belly options. I enjoyed the Thai BBQ tofu poboy and Zapps chips. Counter service is easy to order and be served. The inside is a casual vibe, typical poboy restaurant/lunch spot.

Great people, service and location, but the food was just ok and expensive for what we ordered.

The ambiance isn't much since the place is on the smaller side. It's walk up to order. The Poboys were incredible though. We had the beef, the seared shrimp and the pork belly. The beef was very tender but we could've used a little more of the sauce since it was a little dry. The pork belly sandwich was amazing! The meat paired really well with the garlic aioli and the citrusy slaw. The seared shrimp was also amazing. We were a little sad they didn't have the traditional fried shrimp, but the seared was very tasty too. Special mention goes to the spicy potato salad side. It was creamy but still had a bit of a kick. We enjoyed it a lot!

They have vegan options, which is what prompted us to try the place. We split their two 2 main options: Thai tofu ($14) and Cauliflower ($11), the latter being served like a regular sandwich but can be made into po-boy. We also got some collard greens ($3) on the side.

The tofu sandwich was quite nice, being smothered in BBQ sauce, and accompanied with coleslaw, carrots, basil, and peanuts. The cauliflower sandwich was decent, but nothing really stood out about it. Both sandwiches were rather small given the price, but they're enough for a modest lunch if you're not terrible hungry. Decent spot.

A colleague had eaten lunch here and was kind enough to bring back a shrimp po boy for the rest of us to try. Despite being in New Orleans where the po boy is the staple, when I first saw the shrimp po boy, my brain said "that's a bahn mi".

That one bite was delicious so I had to come and get a few whole po boys the next day. I got there shortly before 11 am when they open and saw a pretty long line so I was glad I got there earlier.

Well, it turns out that they do limited drops of King Cakes from a bakery called Dong Phuong and that was the reason for the line. Once the king cakes sold out, I was second in line at the counter.

But, the shrimp po boy and beef debris po boys are delicious! The shrimps are NOT deep fried but seared which I thought wouldn't taste as good but boy was I wrong!

And, remember when I thought the shrimp po boy was a bahn mi, it's because they used shredded carrots inside and when I saw that they sold king cakes from Dong Phuong bakery, I asked if they get their French baguettes from Dong Phuong too and they said 'yes' which I think really puts them above others as the bread is what takes a sandwich over the top and Vietnamese bakeries know how to make damn good French baguettes (but boo to Colonialism).

We were craving som Po Boys and walked past this place so decided to give them a try. You order at the counter and they'll take your food to your table. The staff here was great and it didn't take long to get our food. Long lines do develop at times but over I would say they're faster than average.

We ordered two Seared Gulf Shrimp Po Boys. These were served with seared gulf shrimp, pickled carrots, daikon radish, cucumbers, sriracha aioli, and fresh herbs. The shrimp tasted fresh and was very delicious. The carrots and cucumber with the aioli really made this dish taste delicious, but I was not really impressed with their offerings. When I think of a po boy, I think fried shrimp or fried oysters in the sandwich. They don't serve anything fried. These po boys are on a whole nother level of healthiness and that's no bueno in my book. It sucks because my wife really like them, but I won't be returning.
