Great business, good food, shirt wait time and Ray's to get snacks from.
I dont come here often but at least from the other loop gas stations I been tooo, at least the co workers arent fraternizing with each other. All in all I would RECOMMEND to come here

The customer service us terrible here all the cashiers are rude mainly Libbey, the lobby has been closed for 20 minutes due to the cashiers counting the registers. I come here every night on my way to work and there is always a negative experience. There is no verbal communication from the cashiers they are rude and impatient lip smacking swearing in Spanish etc. The management included needs training in customer service. I truly hope things change soon.

You know it's bad, when someone takes the time out of their day to review a gas station.... The most incompetent fuel station staff ever!!! The restroom's are SO DISGUSTING! They look like they have not been cleaned in weeks!!! But yet!!! They're still giving people the codes to go in there. No toilet tissue! The rolls and tp is all over the floor. The toilet seat covers is all over the floor, as well as the floor is wet. It was so disgusting!!! I couldn't even stand to take a pic!!! This place is horrible. Broken front entrance door. Most likely happened because they pissed someone off. Just a COMPLETE WASTE of TIME!!!

I have a confession to make! I have a love affair with all Loop gas stations!

I don't know what it is, maybe it's the 24-hour Froyo machine, the fresh salad bar, or the open-air refrigerator with rare and exotic drinks!

Whatever it is I can't quite put my finger on it, a romantic date night, for me, is it drive down to Loop gas station for some Froyo, or some carrot cake, or those damn Paqui chips that are spicy as shit and are only found at loop!

Whatever you're doing Loop, keep doing it, because if it wasn't illegal I would sleep in the store! And this goes for all Loop gas stations!

Do not go to this service at night. Three times in a row I would tell the attendant a certain amount of money and he would put less or nothing at the pump. Then I found that when I got my receipt it was a item on there that I didn't purchase but ended up grabbing that item because I was charged for it. I think they might be running so type of scam. Tonight he did the same thing to another customer. If u do go to that gas station at night ask for your receipt!!

The convenience store, Loop, was well stocked, clean, brightly lit and had 3 employees at the cashier area.

The women's bathroom was clean and roomy.

The Shell gas station on the premise offers diesel and the gas prices are lower compared to nearby competitors.

They have new employee that evidently don't care how they talk to a valued customer. Today I made a mistake and ask for gas on pump #6 in actually it was #5. I went back into the store to let the register new young lady know not realizing that it was pump # 5. So when she came out she began a disrespectful rant to me saying "you need to look at what # you're at it's not #6 it's #5 you need to know what your talking about before you open you mouth. Young Spanish new girl needs to know how to talk to a customer, I never raised my voice she was so rude and disrespectful until I told her she didn't need to switch the pump #5 just refund my money ASAP! I have decided after talking with her manager it's not what she said it was the nasty attitude and lack of customer care and disrespectful way I was talked to never again after being a customer for years I won't ever be a customer to this LOOP ever again. It looks very nice and very clean. I decided to try it one more time and give Loop another chance. I showed up at 10:26pm, not midnight this time and it was closed again. It had that crudely, non professional drawn, "Closed ; Open 6am". Should not be advertised as 24 hours.

In a San Franciscan world of 7-Elevens and Starbuckses, we now have the option of Loop. It's clean and large inside with a number of things you wouldn't normally expect from a gas station store.

There's a stool counter for you to be posh while you fill out your lotto tickets. What I notice most is the subtle-but-not-subtle branding or style they're pushing. You see it in the cheeky graphics and slogans throughout the store. You'll feel happier about buying your refrigerated Bacon Addict burger here.
