Marvan's Cell Care is the best and was the least expensive of all the cell phone repair shops I called around town. And Naem is the friendliest person. He worked at Apple in their repairs department so there is nothing he cannot do. Very clean store. I highly recommend.

This place is incredible, and the owner is clearly a PRO at his job. I got water damage on my phone screen, and was quoted an obscenely high fix cost from apple that basically was more than the value of the phone. I was shopping around for new ones but in an act of desperation, googled phone repair spots near me (I love my current phone). Saw the great reviews for this spot and decided to give it a try.

At a fraction of a cost (no joke, a fraction), he repaired my screen in front of me in less than 15 minutes. He clearly is very comfortable with his job and has been doing this for 25 years. I would give him my full trust in any repair. HIGHLY recommend this spot if you're looking to not pay obscene amounts to apple, and want an excellent, skilled repair.

Absolutely wrecked my 2-month-old phone.

Went in for a screen replacement, after that thought it looked strange but was pressured to pay. Went to the Apple Store right after to just pay for a legit screen replacement, and after running tests they found Logicboard / kernel issues and need to replace the whole phone.

Replaced phone battery quickly and at a affordable price.Highly recommend. Customers were coming and going,seems to be a popular destination

My Samsung smart watch stopped working even though it was charged. I took it here and they opened it up and found that the issue was that the part of the watch that displays on the watch face wasn't making any contact with the watch component that would allow it to display. He straightened it out in about 20 minutes and didn't charge much for it. Friendly guy too. Made my day as I didn't have time to send my watch to a dealer or insurance company (I don't think I still have insurance on it anyway) because I was going on vacation in a few days and needed my watch to work right now and he did it for me.

I worked with somebody that got her ipad screen fixed and she found Tor on Yelp. I used Yelp to search cell phone repair. I was able to connect to two companies...this one and Tor. Tor said he didn't have the parts yet. Marvan quoted me the best price. I walked by two other cell phone repair shops in SF in Cole Valley and Union Square. They were more expensive. Marvan's was $85 and you pay tax. He took off $5. Tax was pricey. I have never paid to get a screen repaired. Marvan's got it done in about an hour and a half. The shop is in the Sunset near my parents' house and Starbuck's. Good location and got the job done quick.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Marvan's Cell Care. After reading positive reviews, I entrusted them with repairing my phone, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

I initially spoke to the technician about the issues with my phone, explaining that it was having trouble recognizing touch in the middle of the screen and lagging between apps. Communicating with the technician was strained, because of their limited understanding of English. While negotiating the price for the repair, I made it clear that I only wanted the touch screen to be fixed, regardless of whether the crack was directly causing the issues or not.

Upon receiving my phone after the repair, I was dismayed to find several glaring issues. Firstly, the screen was not properly aligned to the edges of the monitor, which significantly compromised the visual quality of my phone. This discrepancy was not communicated to me by the technicians during our discussions.

Furthermore, the touch sensitivity problem persisted, and the phone continued to lag and glitch as before. To make matters worse, the charging port was damaged during the repair process, forcing me to return to the store for further assistance.

Despite my attempts to seek a resolution, the customer service team at Marvan's Cell Care refused to provide a partial refund, citing their policy. This refusal to acknowledge the inadequate repair work and compensate for the additional damage only added to my frustration.

In conclusion, I feel compelled to warn future clients about the subpar service provided by Marvan's Cell Care. Despite some positive reviews, my experience has highlighted their shady practices and lack of accountability. I urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative repair options to avoid further disappointment.

Long story short, I dropped my Pixel 5a 5G multiple times - but this latest time, the screen stopped working.

I came across this Yelp listing with so many positive ratings that I had to give it a try. I made an appointment via the website, and that very morning, received confirmation. So I came to the store, dropped off my phone, and about 30 minutes later, I was on my way with a working phone again.

Parts/labor came out to $230 which is kinda high considering the cost of a Pixel 5a, but I think the specific 5a screen probably just costs more at this point. iPhone screen replacements are a bit cheaper, according to their website.

It's been roughly a week later and no issues, glitches or anything. So, I have nothing but positives to say! The store did exactly what I asked for, and the experience was quick and painless.
