We bought our new Mazda CX5 yesterday and couldn't be happier with the experience thanks to Dennel. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and concerns and helped us with the electronics set up.
Thanks also to Mohamad in the finance department who patiently made that transaction smoothly.

AVOID this place if your car is not under warranty or if it's not being services for free. Otherwise, they charge exorbitant prices. Instead, find a local mechanic who can deal with Mazda cars for air filter replacement, coolant exchange, etc.

(See the images attached) I was changed $1000 in labor charges while the cost of the products used was $500. A local mechanic might've charged me $300-$500 for all of these services including installation (lost over $1000). Who charges $200 for coolant exchange when the coolant itself is $29??? They also don't wash your car before returning as it's SF. So just avoid this place unless they are charging $0 (you'e car is under warranty)

I purchased my first Mazda four months ago, and the whole process went smoothly... until I went to pick up the car.

They told me they could only find one of the two keys; they did some remodeling a few months earlier and somehow "lost a few keys". It's now been 4 months, they have stopped answering my mails, they promise they'll "fix it soon" when I show up at the showroom, but then nothing happens.

This whole issue could be solved if they simply offered to program another key, which is a service they do for a few hundreds of dollars, but them insisting on finding the key is really p...ing me off.

I'm happy with the car and might buy another one, but not there.

I am grateful an thankful for the help of Jose & Joe over at Mazda San Francisco , right when I got to the facility I first met Joe , he welcome me an my family , I set down with him an he guided Me thru all of the things I needed to get started, then I met Jose an greeted me an family, Jose also helped me an guided me of things that I had to do on my vehicle purchase , customer service is Amazing , they kept in touch with me throughout all the process, If you are looking for a new vehicle for yourself I highly recommend talking too Jose & Joe they will take care of you, take my word a great experience from start to finish .

Recently purchased a new Mazda with Clark Datuin at Mazda SF. The process was incredibly easy, no nonsense, and incredibly smooth. Great communication and follow-up throughout the process. Clark was very knowledgeable about the full Mazda product line, the specific vehicle we decided to purchase, and how it compares to other cars in its class. The finance department was also great to work with, and didn't try to upsell on anything unnecessary. A+ experience all around.

Amazing experience! These guys know exactly what customer service is, and they nailed it. No pressuring, no intimidation, just really helpful people. No beating around the bush and wearing you down. They made a new car buying experience a positive experience. Thanks Joe and Jose!

The best experience when it comes to lease or buy a car! This is my 4th car with this dealer and couldn't be more happy with the service this people always has given me. JOE and MASOUD are the people to go to, smooth process, doesn't feel pushy to sell you a car, they work the numbers and always find a way to make it work for you... seriously I don't think you will find this type of help, inventory and professionalism in the Bay Area period.
Hands down the best place to get a car in the city...

Good experience with dealership. One price on used vehicles. Still trying to decide for my wife but overall pleasant experience. Test drove the vehicle and the route was excellent, able to test acceleration, braking, and turning radius on the vehicle. Also went on freeway to listen cabin noise. Would recommend if you're in SF and really considering a Mazda.
