Fantastic business!

The initial online contact was cordial. When I brought my iPad to the store to have the charging port replaced, they charged the same price quoted to me online.

I returned the next morning to pick up my device and it was repaired as promised. After having used it for a few days, I have to say that it is as good as new! I have not seen any damage, scratches or misalignment. I am very happy with the friendly and professional service provided by Mission Wireless and at a very reasonable price.

I went to this business based solely on their Yelp reviews and I'm so glad Yelp didn't disappoint me. On a Friday night I dropped my phone and the battery swelled and the backplate popped out. I dreaded the thought of not having a phone and losing my data. I finally went to his place in the Mission near 24th street and I couldn't be happier.

Although, one technician was out sick, they managed to replace my battery in an hour and 40 minutes! I simply went to get some Mexican food and stayed at a cafe until the technician Christian called to tell me it was fixed. The people there both Christian and Marisol were very friendly. The total cost was $80 which was very reasonable.

I've had several repairs over the past few years with my cellphones.

Marisol and her staff are very efficient and I'm extremely satisfied with the quick repair service they provide.

I highly recommend this establishment to be your first stop for any repairs.

I've been coming to repair my phone here for the past 6 years and have never had a problem until recently I went to get a simple screen and home button repair...

Screen was replaced with a way thicker plastic glass which now makes everything way harder to press and also makes my screen glitch and even worse they screwed up my home button so now every minute my assistive touch pops up on my screen while I'm trying to type a message or do anything and the phone thinks my home button is still broken which is incredibly inconvenient...

And upon going back to the store two days in a row after the fact they said basically nothing can be done even though they made my phone incredibly harder to use and just told me to go to another store to pay more money to have my phone fixed AGAIN

Long story short...AVOID THIS STORE they will not take responsibility for their cheap screens and wonky hardware they use to replace the phones and will offer NO type of refund

They broke my IPad Pro. I had an iPad Pro 11.7 in which was having poor battery life so when I saw the good yelp reviews and a coupon I tried them out instead of an Apple Store as it was about half the price. I regret this, after a few months the device randomly reboots every time I try to use it. I took it to Apple Store and they tried a software wipe and reset but that didn't work. They stated it was a hardware issue but because it was opened by a third party they wouldn't offer to repair it. Now I'm left with a $800 paper weight. I would not trust them with your device. I thought I was saving like $50 and now I'm out an iPad.

I just needed the backglass on my iPhone fixed so AT&T would accept the trade-in. I called about five places and Mission Wireless quoted me less than half the price compared to others. They got it done exactly when they said they would, at the price they said they would (it was even tax inclusive), and I was able to trade it in without a problem. Will plan on coming back here next time I need a phone repair.

I visited the shop when I shattered my iPhone 13. One of the employees gave me a very thorough explanation of what to expect:

Two options for screen repair (as of Jul 2023):
- $150 for after-market type
- $230 for iPhone screen replacement

There were a couple of tradeoffs between the options, but those were clarified to me as if he had my best interest. He was very patient with my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I didn't end up going with this shop, but highly recommend it if it fits what you're looking for. I think it'll be the best match if you're looking to fix an Android phone!

My dad dropped his iPhone, four stories down an elevator shaft. They fixed it. Enough said.

They are super friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Will be coming here again for any future repairs.

We had some hiccups with my repair but they were professional and solved the problem. Highly recommend.
