Hands down the best dry cleaning place in the city. !!!
I came in to get my wedding dress dry cleaned and they did a stellar job taking all the stains out. I'm not sure what the stains were- maybe coffee? but they were pretty deep and it would have been a miracle to have them taken out. Ocean Dry Cleaning exceeded my expectations and made my dress brand new. SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS. Plus, the cost didn't put a hole in my wallet and the service was absolutely wonderful. This is now my go-to cleaners if I need important work to be done. THANK YOU SO MUCH, OCEAN DRY CLEANING! You are the best!

I have been going to this dry cleaner for about 2 years now and I've never been left disappointed or upset at the cleaning done. Staff is super friendly and really makes the experience feel more than a business transaction. They actually like to get to know their patrons!

I've had the following dry cleaned repeatedly with this business:

1. Wool bespoke safari suit
2. Linen bespoke safari suit
3. Cashmere turtleneck
4. Various button ups

And all these items have come back to me very clean and not damaged. I was very sad to see a review below claiming that this place damaged their items because it just seems opposite of the great service that I've consistently have received; I would take that one star review below with a grain of salt.

I definitely would recommend this place to anybody who is in the area. I know I will keep coming here for the foreseeable future!

Recently needed a dry cleaner for sweaters & coats since I don't really have the time to hand wash them. Had a couple of white color garments that needed stain removal as well & brought them to another place which ended up not cleaning it at all. But that is not the case for this place! They were able to remove the tough coffee stains, and they charged less than the last place I went. Reasonable time as well Really appreciated the hospitality of the owner & lesson learned - best to get stains removed earlier than later

Happy to have found this local dry cleaning store to take my suits and my fiancés dresses. All the reviews are correct that Thomas is very kind and communicative.
There was one occasion when he told my fiancé not to dry clean a dress since it wasn't recommended due to the fabric. He could have easily charged for more but decided to be an amazing person instead. My go to dry cleaning shop!

This review is way overdue but wanted to come here and share that I too also believe Ocean Dry Cleaning is a 5 Star Plus type of establishment. I've been going here for years and I plan to continue only going here until for some reason I leave San Francisco. This is my go to dry cleaning spot. Ya know that feeling when you find a place that works and don't want to go anywhere else? Well, that's how I feel about this place. Marlon and his team are great! The best in San Francisco if you ask me. Honest people with phenomenal results. Thanks team for everything you do!

I've been bringing all my pants tailoring needs to Ocean Dry Cleaning for the past few months, and am pleased with the results, value & service. If you're looking for a no frills place to hem your pants, this is a great option. It typically takes a 2 week turnaround time for the hem-job, but I've had instances where I needed it done within 1 week and they've always been accommodating.

The owner is really knowledgeable and will tell you what can and can't be done. If you're ever in doubt, just ask!

+ Alterations as expected. Try on item at home and pin the length before coming. Easier to do at home anyways.
