I would give 10 stars if I could. Osvaldo was AMAZING. Every part of the job process exceeded my expectations.
We needed a wet ceiling drywall restoration and room painting.
Oswaldo was responsive and timely in communication. The estimate for the work did not change. The work was performed quickly. The ceiling patch, edge matching, and painting looks fantastic. Osvaldo provided excellent site preparation. And I have never seen such good cleanup follow-up to complete the work.

Osvaldo and his team at Pacific Construction did an excellent job re-building a brick wall for the front yard. Communication was terrific and he was able to get the job started and completed in a timely manner. Fair price for high quality work. Do not hesitate to contact Osvaldo for an estimate. Osvaldo responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. He also gave me the most detailed estimate showing exactly what work would be done. He protected my sofas, carpets, and kitchen counters. He made sure that the paint used was an exact match.

I'm so glad we found Osvaldo! We have an exterior wall that needed repair and repainting. Osvaldo was super responsive, and gave a very reasonable quote after his initial visit. He handles permits, scaffolding rental etc. so that we didn't have to project manage the process. It was a large scope project in the middle of rainy days, but thanks to Osvaldo's exceptional planning and efficiency (also he was willing to work overtime too!), we made it before the pouring rain. He kept us updated with pictures and site walkthroughs during the project, and addressed all our questions quickly! The finished wall looks amazing!! Again, absolutely five star for every aspect of Osvaldo's work, and he'll be the first person comes to mind if we take on other projects in the future!!

Osvaldo did an AMAZING job and we highly recommend him!!! We're thrilled with his work and it made a huge difference in our backyard. We had a small area in our backyard that needed paving. I looked at some Yelp and other online reviews -- many were unwilling to work with a smaller space -- and Osvaldo got right back to me and came out soon after for a quick estimate. We ultimately chose him because he had the most reasonable estimate but also seemed really professional. We were so happy we chose to work with him.
I had a lot of questions and needed advice on where/ what type of paving material to use and Osvaldo was always super responsive and helpful. He helped transport the materials and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He got everything done in one day with a quick follow-up to ensure everything was in place and to clean-up. He left our yard, btw cleaner than he found it! Most of all his work was beautiful and has really transformed our yard. We are so excited and proud now to show it off and use it.

I recommend Pacific construction if you need help with any type of project. I was really happy with how my bathroom turned out. They where really organized, clean, and did a really good job. I was looking for someone to do my bathroom and a friend recommended me Pacific Construction and I'm glad I chose to work with them they really put effort into the work and really good with even the smallest details to make there job perfect.
