Panera Bread

The staff at this Panera are terrific. They always go out of their way to be friendly and make the customers feel welcome. The ladies in the front are professional and cordial, always greeting customers with a smile. The guys in the kitchen are awesome, consistently preparing the food quickly and efficiently, making all the dishes delicious. The kitchen guys take their job serious and care very much about doing a superb job. What's also great is the store is kept nice and cool for you to come in out of the heat and enjoy your meal in a comfortable setting. I would give this Panera 6 Stars if I could.

This location is pretty hit or miss. I mean the food tastes the same as any Panera. The service leaves something to be desired. Not as friendly as other locations. But it's usually a pretty chill, quiet ish place to get some work done and have soup/salad/sandwich combo.

Unfortunately on my last visit there was a mouse near my booth. So I don't recommend this location until the place is sanitized and vermin removed.

This store is without question the worst store and worse customer service of any company In New Orleans and that is saying a lot with how poor service is in this town. Three orders from this store. The first shows up with over half the order missing, yet billed me full price and listed items on receipt, second order only half was delivered and over charged me again. Todays order which has caused me to cut ties with this company the bagels show up smushed in a bag and randomly shredded. Their food handling skills and customer service are so poor that I advise not ordering from this store as it most likely has other health hazards given the low quality of management and employees.

Panera is often considered glorified hospital food. I personally love it. Every location always feels comfortable to me. Nothing like hot soup and a sandwich on a chilly day. However this location needs a little adjustments IMO. I was one of 4 people in the whole place. The workers were making a few bagged orders so I'm assuming they do a lot of delivery service but the 2 other people who came in at the same time as me waited just as long (approx 13 min). I didn't order anything crazy. Just a half a sandwich & pre made soup lol. Food was hot and tasty but I was not impressed that 3 out of 4 in person guests were waiting about 15 min for food. Each table had to be wiped down and there were many employees standing around when many things needed attending.

The order pick up people are so ignorant and ghetto. Also they're requiring that guest that dine in have vaccine cards yet I just walked in to pick up my food and no one asked me for anything.
Then we're in a whole pandemic why is over foos siting on a shelf for any and everyone to just come touch your food

I'm a sucker for their chocolate chip and cinnamon crunch bagels! Whew a sinful but good morning breakfast! Lol. I only like regular degular plain cream cheese on my bagels.

I compare them to wholefood aka whole pay check because it can get expensive! I do like their Green Goddess Salad as well.

I don't get many drinks from here. I know they offer a free membership trial for coffee daily. If you like Panera's coffee, try it out!

The food was consistent with other Panera locations, so I was pleased with that. I got the pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken salad sandwich. My dad got the same soup and the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. The salad was huge and very vibrant with the wide variety of fruit it came with. 10/10 would recommend.

I did notice that they did not offer us a side. I also noticed an employee deliver food to a customer without gloves on, hence the three stars.

Numerous times and never a correct order, are the workers dyslexic or just indifferent... this review should be aimed at the manager. The owner needs to clean house and start again. Go somewhere else and save yourself tge aggravation.

I come to this location for breakfast and I literally only get bagels and cream cheese. I order on the app and I don't go in until I get the text that it's ready. However, every single time I go in after I get the notification my food is never ready. I've decided to stop getting myself worked up and just go to the Metairie location. It took 10 min after I received a notification before they handed me my food. A bagel!! I don't understand. There's always several people working so I really don't get why the service is so slow. But, the cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese is so good! I'm obsessed
