Demi M.Los Angeles, CA223181Jul 5, 2024used parking spot (formerly park n fly) two different times now and have had such a positive and smooth experience with them!
the first time i used them was for 5 days and i did the valet parking, which was very easy!
the second time i did self-park which I thought might pose some issues as the valet parking was quicker (you drop the car off and don't need to park) but the shuttles come directly to your parking spot and they leave a note of your spot so they drop you off at your parked car upon returning!

The parking spot (who acquired park n fly?) overbilled my credit card.
They have no phone customer service and two emails went unanswered.
Anyone else in this position: always pay via credit card and request chargebacks for this type of deception.
On the plus side: the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. We tipped them generously, would much rather pay employees directly rather than to a faceless corporate behemoth cutting costs by eliminating customer service and shading overbilling.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0- Jul 30, 2024
I used to use them all the time in SFO and Oakland, but ever since they changed ownership their service sucks. They don't have enough shuttles so your wait time is even longer. The driver today pulled up and then took off. The driver only had one person on the bus. They definitely lost my business.

We were running towards shuttle since their times were not pasted but we were grateful that they were willing to wait for us to board.

Would give Negative Star if possible.
This company refuses to even answer the email request......
I had made, and paid for a prepaid reservation from 5/25/24 - 6/3/24 (See attached Reservation for $145.36) for parking for this same time period in the Oakland Park and Fly location not realizing we were flying out of SFO. ( we almost always fly out of Oakland)
When we arrived at the San Francisco location to drop off the car, the attendant just let us in, even though the bar code did not work, so we did not know at the time the prepaid reservation was for the wrong location
When we got back from our trip on 6/3/24 and tried to leave the SFO lot the attendant at the booth pointed out at that time that the prepaid reservation was for the Oakland locations, not SFO. He would not let us leave unless we paid the full price of $390.66
So we paid Twice to park one car for one trip.
I am only asking that we be reimbursed for the $390.66 as we had allready paid!!!

How many customers are they overcharging and or double charging with no body except your own CC company to reverse a double charge. DO NOT DO MOT DO NOT use this place.

856241183Jan 31, 2024I have parked here several times when flying out of sfo and they have good deals. They don't have a parking garage just a parking lot that is in I've trf and covered . Either way car has always been safe and have plenty of shuttles that transport you back and forth to the airport . It's right off the freeway too.

wow, I'm actually surprised that the service got a little bit better, one more extra star from my updated review from last year.
The overhead roof actually gave directions on what to do, the parking attendant greeted you and scanned my reservation.
Told me to park on Road J as in Jack.
Went all the way down only to find a spot closest to the exit!
The shuttle bus followed me all the way down to my vehicle loaded in my carry-on.
It was actually quite entertaining that he was complaining about the management there, but now it got me thinking that management is actually reading these yelp reviews, probably why the service has somewhat surprised me with all the changes they made.
Looking forward to my arrival tomorrow to see how that goes.

Oct 25, 2021Previous reviewused park and fly recently to try out for the first time after seeing a deal from costco! The deal seemed deceiving but even with value, I guess you get what you pay for! An average experience?
I drove in along produce, but wasnt sure to pull up to the gate, since there were directions on what to do! I had to get out of my car and ask! So the attendants, then told me to pull forward and drive under the awning! Mind you there are no directions on what to do when you first arrive!
I asked if self park was available, and they said only online! So valet it was! After thinking I had checked out for my 4 day vacation, I had a small window in deciding what I was going to do, so valet it was!
Now boarding the shuttle! Geez, can you cram anymore people in here? Is there a limit as to how many folks are onboard the shuttle! Guess not!
Dropoff across from the terminal was easy!
After coming back from my trip, the epic monsoon, had me extremely stressed out! I think this is where it went down hill! I contacted dispatch and had them send the shuttle to pick me and my friend up! I saw the shuttle and freaked out that it passed our location after getting off a scary flight!
There is obviously miscommunication between dispatch and the person waiting to be picked up! I know some transportation companies like ridesharing would want to know your exact location instead of going around a few times!
After standing outside in the monsoon waiting to be picked up, I went back inside and called dispatch! Obviously the second time wasnt any more accomodating due to the miscommunication, and then I thought to myself, why dont the dispatch lady just get outside and experience what I was going through that day instead of experiencing what I went through as a customer!
We finally got picked up after waiting under the clear awning! I was glad we got picked up! I wondered why we went around the other terminals but didnt pick anyone up! We got back to the park and fly awning! They told me I could pay at the check out window, mind you its raining and it has a small window you could check out from!
Other long term parking places ive been to had a nice awning, with heaters and snacks! Even the shuttle had the heat blowing warm, not this one!
My costco voucher was 4 days for 44.99 and then another 6 hours for $23! SMDH! Now I know what to expect! You get what you pay for!
Next time I will probably just get a rideshare, the communication, and hospitality is that much better! For the same price if not better! Thanks! But no thanks!
They bring up my vehicle and ask me if I paid! I said yes would you like for me to show you my receipt, mind you, their awning is just dripping with rain and the ground is drenched with downpour!

Amazing and safe spot to leave my vehicle. The staff was amazing and the shuttle staff were incredible and very communicative. Will park my vehicle here again.
