This review is for Albert, in particular.
Not only is Albert a talented plumber, he's courteous and professional. He even removed his shoes before entering my apartment without me asking.
He arrives on time and also asks if I have any questions.

This guy is OUTSTANDING. I called after 8pm on a Tuesday. Not only did he show up within 30 minutes, he knew everything about my obscure, tankless water heater. Just awesome.

I would like to highly recommend Tom at Plumbing Pure. Punctual, communicative, professional, warm, smart and trustworthy - Tom worked far beyond my expectations on a tricky job at a reasonable price (I literally tipped him 30%!). It's very hard to find integrity in the trades.

Tom looked at the job and set a price - he told me if he couldn't fix the problem, I wouldn't have to pay anything for the service call. He had to find a creative solution to my unusual plumbing situation - it took time and intelligence to do it right - excellent work and I am so grateful.

Come the day of the water heater replacement he was on time, courteous, clean, and showed me all the work once completed. Very neat and super nice. Responsive, knowledgable, and a great price! They quoted my leak detection shutoff valve install at 1/4 of the other places I called, and unlike the other places actually took measurements onsite rather than just showing up to give me an insane quote.
