Quick Quack Car Wash

First time coming here even though I live so close, but it's never too late! I only came here for the 25% off weekend deal, which is a great value. It was quick, efficient, and got my car clean. I got the ceramic duck (highest tier, regularly 29.99 but i got it 25% off so only 22.49!) and thought my wheels definitely looked extra shiny and my car looking like it got a fresh wax. Worth the extra money in my opinion. The only picky thing I could say about it was the jet dryers do not get your car completely dry at the end, so you will see streak marks when the leftover water finally dries. Otherwise, it wasn't a big deal for me. I didn't have bird poop on my car before the wash so I cannot comment on how well the machine does with hard to scrub spots like that. Overall I had a great experience for a great value. I was in and out in about 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

Just an FYI, the staff will try to sell you a membership at check-in, but they aren't too pushy about it. I do think it's a good value to get a membership, especially since I live to close to this location, but I don't have a need to wash my car more than twice a month.

No Accountability!
Quick quack damaged my 1 year old truck while going through the car wash. During the rinsing stage of the car wash, I heard a loud metal grinding sound on the right side of my car which stopped the car wash.
Once I got to my destination, I noticed that the right running board was bent. I contacted quick quack immediately and filed a damage report.
Quick quack's manager responded that they do not cover aftermarket items. My car is stock, then the next excuse was the runningboards went back in automatically.

Don't bother bringing your car here unless you wanted it to get damaged.

To quick quack: all items were factory installed and my car is stock. All excuses for you not be accountable. Customers beware!

Workers were nice and the area was clean and easily accessible.

I got a medium tier car wash for $25. The car came out somewhat clean, but the car wash bent my license plate badly

It's the only place to get a car wash membership in the peninsula.
The pricing are ranked as good, great and ceramic.

There are 2 locations, one in SSF and the other in Millbrae. The one in Millbeae is bigger, but the line is ridiculous sometimes and it wraps around the street.

This one is super efficient, I get in and out in less than 15 min, usually less.

The vacuums are not included in the monthly price and are $5 for 5 min.
Because it is smaller, there's not always space for vacuuming after the wash.

Get clean

Pretty easy in and out. But was able to get a special deal on a monthly pass so I'll come back at least twice a month to get my money's worth. Beware though that if you do get a monthly membership, your membership will automatically renew and you're required to keep the membership for at least two months. Download their app so it's easier to cancel the membership after their required 45 days.

You have to pay for the vacuums though which is unusual for places like these. Free vacuuming should be included into the monthly membership.

Still recommend in the area though.

Simple, quick, and easy. What more can you ask for from a car wash. They have membership prices if you plan on washing your car multiple times a month. There's also a person standing in front directing you what to do and when to go. I was in and out in a couple minutes.

We purchased a monthly wash. The first time we went through the car wash, the entire hood of the car was still dirty after the wash. We didn't catch this until we got home.

We tried the car wash again today and again the hood did not get cleaned. It seems like the brush that rolls on the hood barely touches the hood. After seeing that again the hood didn't get cleaned, we drove to the Millbrae Quick Quack Wash to run through the car wash there. In inspecting the was, the hood was still dirty.

I'm going to stick to touchless car wash in Westlake. They have staff wipe the car dry there which will wipe clean any area of the car that was not cleaned using the machine.

I went there for a quick car wash based on number of other reviewers and I wasn't disappointed. The service assistant was really quick in helping me pick the best option and the car wash in general was a good value for money.

Priced between $20-40, quick quack has diff options for external car wash (no internal offered). There is membership that u can buy for unlimited but i opted for one time. The wash was ok though a couple spots of bird poop did not fully come off. If u r in need of a quick and easy wash in 5-10 min, this is an easy place to go. If u want a deeper clean inside and out, i would recommend others.

Update: I went back and the staff kindly walked through and found my emblem. It popped off not broken, so I'm getting some adhesive for when putting back on to prevent in the future. Thanks!

We just bought membership and took car through. 2012 Corolla. Got home, did a look around and car looks great for the simple value wash membership $29/month. Got to the front and the Toyota emblem was gone...

Heading back now, tried to call but no one picks up. Hoping this is common and easy fix.
