Paulo was extremely friendly through the whole process. I was really impressed by how he actually *listened* to me and my partner, whether it was our questions about trims and accessories, logistics, or personal anecdotes we shared along the way. I expected to be pushed towards the higher end, but if anything Paulo encouraged me to ask myself what I really needed and not get anything I'd later regret.

Buying a car is not exactly my idea of a fun time, but SF Honda takes a lot of the pain out of it.

I had a really good experience here! My mom and I were looking for car options and decided to stop at this Honda dealership. The salesman who helped us, Du, was super helpful and accommodating. He answered all my mom's questions and really tried to find a car that fits her needs. I also really appreciated his patience especially because my mom's first language is not English. He took the time to really listen and understand what she was looking for.

Great customer service...not so much automotive service. Expect to be upcharged insane amounts on labor costs, and they don't check that something actually works after they "fix" it. Came in for AC repair, they charged me 300 bucks to refill my freon and I drove away with a still broken AC system. A waste of time and money, go find a real mechanic.

James Yu was a great sales and leasing consultant to work with. He helped us come to a very fair price and trade in for the 2024 Honda HRV! We were in at 6pm and out by 8:30pm which was amazing.

I and my husband went here after my inquiry in another car dealership. Jessie was the original person I spoke with on the phone, but since she is with another client, she made sure we are in good hands. She introduced us to John, who is very reliable and very patient with us. He gave us all the options from brand new to preowned, from different percentages given to us and the breakdowns and compared it. John was a big help to us. He made sure that we could afford the offer by showing us the options and guaranteed us the car made and differences of it. A big thank you to James and the San Francisco Honda team! With a growing family, our current CRV did not meet our needs. We were in the market for a larger Van and we wanted an Odyssey due to the spacing and Honda reliability. We looked at many dealership but they could not locate one that fit our needs.
