I just had the best experience with Sunset Auto. I was out driving when someone told me my tire was flat. I called around to see if any gas stations or tire stores could take a look at it, but it was 5:00 p.m. on a Friday and no one was available. I called Sunset Auto and Isaiah said to come on over. As soon as I arrived, he pulled a nail out of my tire and patched it - all that was needed. When I tried to pay him, he said there was no charge. I will definitely be going there for my next oil change and for future car repairs.

I recently visited Sunset Auto Care for routine maintenance on my vehicle, and I'm very pleased with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, making sure to address all of my concerns about my car.

We went to Sunset Auto Care for a pre-purchase car inspection. They explained exactly what vehicle parts and systems would be inspected and what the documentation of their findings would include.

Thank goodness we had the inspection done before purchasing this car. Major defects that would need repair or replacement in the transmission, timing belt and tires to name a few were uncovered. Worth the investment before instead of costly repairs after!!
The Manager was very direct in his recommendation not to make this purchase. He was very precise in explaining the diagnostic results and what would be required to repair or replace. We trusted what he was telling us. They other staff were friendly and very responsive during the scheduling and pickup timing of the inspection.

We highly recommend Sunset Auto Care! I know I will come back here if I need any of my cars serviced.

I brought my car to Sunset Auto Care a couple of weeks ago for a check-up, as it had been almost a year since it had service. It's clear that everyone at this garage is interested in quality and earning your business. While checking out my car, they texted photos of what they were seeing and kept me constantly informed. They were quick, as the car was ready in a couple of hours. They are very honest. The result of their inspection was that the car didn't need any work done at present but they told me what might be needing some work six months from now and they provided a printed checklist of their findings. Their prices are reasonable.

I used to bring my car to the dealer for work. My positive experience with Sunset Auto Care means that they are my new car service provider.

I recently brought in my 2005 Honda Accord EX V6 for an oil change and overall inspection to get it ready for a long road trip on short notice. Isaiah and his team went above and beyond to make sure that my car was road ready. I couldn't be happier with the level of exceptional professionalism, customer service, and repair work. They were able to get all of the necessary repairs done in a timely matter.

Fabulous experience! I am so happy I came across Sunset Auto Care. They are very friendly, respectful and honest. I needed my front brakes replaced. I love their flat rate for brakes service. They offer two price points. The prices are very fair and super affordable. $400-$570. They are clear and explain what the brake replacement service entails. I will be using them for all future repairs. Highly recommend!l

Brought my car in for an etching service today. Even though the visit took 10 minutes, their customer service/interaction was 10/10. Some of the best customer service I've received compared to the usual ones you get at other auto shops LOOOOOL. Super friendly and efficient. There's a reason why they've kept a 5 star streak! 10 stars!! These guys are awesome! Isaiah and his crew are real professionals and at the same time, have a great attitude and are easy to talk to. They don't overtalk you with jargon, they get straight to the chase and communicate using easy, every day language. Isaiah is knowledgable and stands by their work 100%.

What's especially great is that when my wife brings the car to them, she get's the same level of respect and professionalism they give me. I wish that wasn't a selling point. Unfortunately that is not the case with 99% of mechanics she's been to.

And the cherry on top of it all, their prices are super reasonable. They don't over charge or try to upsell you. I had an issue that the dealership said would cost me $1200 to fix. Isaiah and the crew did it for less than $300, including tax, using OEM parts, purchased from the very same dealer. Thanks for the $900+ savings!

Sunset Auto Care is located on Irving between 39th and 40th Ave. Isaiah and his team are very responsive. They communicate in detail what the needs of the vehicle are. My kids love to chat with Isaiah. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you for being an awesome business owner. Will definitely be coming back here. Also if you need tires you can ask them. I asked if he can order a set for me for next time. Very convenient to have as many things taken care of in one spot. Highly recommend :)

September 11, 2023 passed smog with the help of Isaiah and Sunset Auto Care

The sweetest most helpful people and business ever!

My husband ran over his own surfboard and got it caught under our car's tire (can't make this sh*t up LOL). We live in Outer Sunset and Sunset Auto Care was able to come
RIGHT AWAY and help us get the surfboard off the tire WITHOUT CHARGE in less than 10 minutes! The owner refused payment but we (of course) insisted. You can't get this level of customer service in this day and age. So thankful for this place and its owners and so happy and proud to support this local business!!!
