Super Dry Cleaner

My dry cleaner closed during the pandemic so I was looking for a new one. I decided to finally try this place. Unfortunately, things have been a disaster.

They love to break the buttons on my shirts. My shirts are no different from anyone else's, I can't understand why all the buttons are getting cracked. And I usually find out about this when I get home.

Now I find that they like to ruin shirts by spilling, some sort of paraffin or chemical agent on them. The photo shows the most egregious example of just poor workmanship.

I don't like trashing a place that actually has hard-working and nice people working there. Same time, I'm getting substandard service, even though I'm asking for the same thing everybody else does when they walked through the door.

Super Dry Cleaner is an absolute neighborhood gem! Weekly visits have become the best investment, saving us time and hassle. The service is not just quick but consistently excellent. Our clothes always return to us crisply folded and meticulously cared for.

The owner is the heart of this operation and truly one of the nicest individuals in the neighborhood. Their warmth and dedication to customer satisfaction make each visit a pleasure. As we prepare to move to a new address, we can't help but feel sad at bidding farewell to this fantastic laundry service and its incredible owner. They will be dearly missed. If you're in the neighborhood, don't miss out on this place!

I'm so glad I chose to go here! I'm a dentist and I love wearing white pants. Unfortunately one day I got a dye (dental material) on to my $200+ brand new white denim. I was so sad and thought my jeans were gone to waste. Thankfully I brought it here and they were able to remove the bright pink stain!! She managed my expectations when I first brought it in- underpromise and overdeliver. And that they did! Highly recommend this for high quality dry cleaner. I also brought in my silk tk to get dry clean and came back in perfect condition.

Cindy is the best. She always does a fantastic job with quick turnaround be it dropping off your laundry or dry cleaning, with a smile to boot. There's another spot on Pacific and Mason who pretends to be as good and also calls herself "Jindi" but she has nothing on this place. Thanks Cindy for holding down the neighborhood and keeping us smelling so fresh and so clean clean.

Best in town! They're so friendly and welcoming, their prices are fair and turn around time for dry cleaning or tailor is very quickly and always well done. I moved away from the neighborhood but cannot find anything better than them, highly recommended!

The BEST! Been going here for 20 plus years. Cindy is a tireless hard working joyful person who through all the chaos and turbulence of the "Pandy" and subsequent crime wave has stayed open, taken care of people and always been cheerful and kind. I've never lost an item or had anything damaged. I've used this establishment for all phases of dry cleaning and simple alterations.

I highly recommend. I consider them like family. For me life is to short to sort socks...why go to corner laundry mat. Places are filthy -same with machines!

Lovely family owned business.

Only used dry cleaning services. Mother daughter duo are lovely. So far no problem. They even did pick up drop off when I was in a bind.

Prices compared to what I've seen is reasonable though still overpriced but I'm sensing that's SF in general.

Their timings are back to ore covid (or so I am told). I am new to the are so cannot compare to what things were like Pre COVID.

Wonderful service! Every interaction I've had has been great; they are very accommodating, friendly and always do a great job. Highly recommend!

Super Dry Cleaner is one of those small businesses that every neighborhood wishes to have.

Cindy greets everyone with a big smile and is never not there. As many customers as she has, she remembers regular's names and their items, even after weeks of items being left in the store. She charges cheaper prices than most other dry clean places and rarely takes more than 4 days (unless the item is really stained or the item is leather made). The dry cleans always come back spot clean, and the alterations are always also perfectly done.

The store opens 6 days a week, opens early and often stays open beyond their hours. I never have problems getting the clothes back before/after work, or in time for travel.

All in all, they really are great.

Even though this place fairly out of the way for me, I would definitely come back because they did an incredible job. I had a comforter that needed to be dry cleaned and they got it looking like new. The price was also great at $35 which is around $10 less than other places I've gone to in SF. The people were also so nice and kind! Highly recommend this dry cleaner and it'll probably become my go to in the area
