I wasn't on planning a review but the lazy pizza was soooo delicious. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was so good, very sweet and friendly people!! Very nice place to sit and eat - I'm so excited they have TVs and WNBA. Will definitely be coming back!!

Great service and great neighborhood vibes! Garlic parm wings are great as well as the meatballs. Can't wait to try more things!

If you desire home cooking, a neighborhood cafe and a fabulous owner, this is the place you need to be.
When you walk in immediately you are drawn to read all the fun signs that are posted. The ones in the bathroom are the funniest.
Katerina, the owner is the real deal. She is incredibly welcoming with a passion for cooking & good humor- hence the funny signs. Katerina is from Bulgaria as was my friend with me so they were able to chat about Bulgarian foods.
Katerina is so sweet- she brought us a complimentary dish of her veggie lasagne which was perfection with the sauce being a mix of marinara & Alfredo. Our sandwiches on toasted Dutch crunch were so yummy and our lattes very good. The salads are extremely fresh with so many goodies in them.
We felt like we made a friend in Katerina and will most definitely be back! I mean how often do you hug the owner/chef on the first visit?

My wife and I stopped by the shop - we were fans of the place that used to be there years ago that changed hands, but recently closed. We thought maybe there would be a sign on the window thanking people for their business, yada yada... We peeked in and LO AND BEHOLD, WE SAW KATERINA--the owner of the previous award-winning place we loved--Katani Pizza!

The new "Spot" opened on May 18 and now serves coffee drinks, sandwiches, and "lazy pizzas" that look tasty and are healthier than a traditional pie.

My wife had a cappuccino and I had an espresso and each was exquisitely presented and tasty. We stayed and had lunch; I had an Italian sandwich and my wife had LASAGNA. Portions were great, prices are reasonable, and the food tastes amazing! They have tables so you can sit and enjoy your meal either inside or outside and televisions (inside only) to watch the local sports teams or game shows. For drinks, there are two refrigerators full of non-alcoholic beverages. I was thrilled to see that they have my favorites like Mexican Coke, Coke Zero, V-8, Gatorade, and Yerba-Mate. There is a wider variety but I forgot all of the choices.

My wife and I can't wait to return to try more things on the menu. We were SO glad we took a stroll through the neighborhood to see what happened to Hayes Pizza! What we discovered was better than what we dreamed we would find and we will be stopping by again for lunches and dinners for a long time to come!

This is the best little spot in all of this city. The owner is amazing and her food is delicious. The wings are delicious and the lazy pizza was just the right portion.

The sandwiches on Dutch Crunch are next level. Chicken pesto!

      I will be coming back!

What do you get when you mix hunger and delicious = this delicious establishment from fun and unique salads with a Bulgarian twist. To the amazing pizza on those amazing Dutch crunch breads which they naturally deemed lazy pizza. This small but comfortable establishment is a must for those looking to fill their pizza, sandwich and salad cravings.

Stopped by with friends on a Friday night to watch the game and eat dinner. Katrina was very welcoming and accommodating. The pizza is made on fresh bread, which is a very SF thing to do. Everything I tried was good. Interesting in checking out other menu items soon.

Great, new sandwich place! Came here for lunch and ordered a BBQ Chicken Bacon sandwich along with garlic bread with cheese. The sandwich was served on a dutch crunch roll. Love that it was toasted just right and not too burnt. Generous amount of chicken slices and bacon. I'm glad the garlic bread was on the softer side too. Service was quick and the owner was friendly to talk to.

Delicious. The lasagna had everything right. I crisped the cheesy top in my toaster oven. Garlic bread perfect dippers for the sauce.

Made an Italian salad California style.

      Such a great meal.

Ps. Sandwich mood? Italian combo. Excellent. The right balance of and flavor of all the ingredients.

Absolutely loved this little spot. Amazing, comforting food. Homey, inclusive, and casual atmosphere. The staff was incredible and made sure that we were taken care of. Additionally, the prices were really good for the area and the portions. So glad we found it after parking by Amoeba Records! Also super close to a little grassy area/park with bathrooms and beautiful houses nearby. My friends and I stopped in, ate and watched the Olympics, then hung out in the park a bit afterwards. Overall an amazing experience. Definitely will be my go to spot anytime I'm in SF.

So yummy!! I got the corn salad and latte and both were excellent. My salad was massive and the owner offered me fresh hot sliced bread to go with it while I dined in. She is so friendly and attentive to every customer who comes in. This is a really great spot.
