We did a large remodel on our home including a full garage conversion which required excavating down multiple feet to add a new bathroom, multipurpose room, laundry area, storage areas, and redo the car area of the garage. We also added square footage upstairs by expanding and completely remodeling the kitchen. Additionally, we added a new spiral staircase to allow access from the top floor to the bottom. PJ and the TRIOND team came in to do the work. With the support of the TRIOND in-house design team we explored different options and decided on all of our finish materials. The design team also provided highly realistic 3D rendering to show us exactly what the end result would look like before we made final decisions and purchased anything. The end result looks just like the renderings of the design and we are happy with it.


We did run into some unanticipated issues, mainly with our retaining wall which was critical because we live on a rather steep hill. PJ worked with the engineer and architect to help answer our questions and get the project on the right path forward.

PJ was available even outside regular hours and went above and beyond in multiple ways. He was communicative in the WhatsApp groups and provided pictures & videos to help us stay in the loop on what was happening.

Loved working with Gilad and his crew. We had to remodel the common area in our building in the Mission on a very tight timeline, and Triond were able to deliver both on budget and with very high quality.

In particular, I want to call out the exceptional communication and quality control. There was one part of the job that required more attention than expected, and the team went above and beyond to keep refining the workmanship until it was absolutely perfect, without charging me more than our agreed cost and all the while keeping me up to date and involved.

I found Triond on Buildzoom. Their quote had the most detail and was a reasonable price. I appreciated that Triond took my job that was considered "small" since it was a kitchen remodel consisting of replacing cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting, paint and backsplash. Several other contractors turned down the job when they realized it was a "small job".

As we started the process, Gilad and team were prompt in starting the job and quickly demolished the existing kitchen. He adapted to supply chain issues and adjusted the plan as we found issues in the kitchen that were not up to code. As the job progressed, we expanded the scope of the job to include 3.5 bathrooms, flooring and painting the whole house.

The 3 things I appreciated about Gilad and PJ were: 1) attention to quality - as he found issues with the quality of specific details, he proactively resolved them out of his own pocket, 2) flexibility - as we increased scope or found issues as we opened up the walls, he adapted the plan to accommodate our needs, and 3) professionalism - he kept a constant channel of communication.

I'd recommend Triond for first time remodelers that are learning the process!

From start to finish Triond displayed the most professionalism and provided top-notch customer service. they had every little detail covered, starting from the initial design permit stages all the way through to the final build . their efficiency was mind blogging. As Someone who works in Tech as a project manager extremely value project management skills and these guys would know what they were doing.The project did take One month and a half more than expected in the timeline summarising a full garage conversion of kitchen and bathroom of 1200 ft.² that was planned to be finished in six months was eventually done a little later, but we did have additional stuff that had to extend the scope of work as a result. Overall I would recommend Triond Remodeling for any home remodel project and will hire them again.

I would not recommend them, they work with subcontractors and charge exorbitant fees for their project management. Quality is lacking and we had lots of problems with poor communication. The problems we hired them for still persists and they do not stand behind their work.
