Vasa’s Towing

My car parked in front of the SAVA swimming pool on 19th ave and got a hit and run with a front right side damaged and need towing service. I contacted several towing services to tow the car. Vasa's towing is very enthusiastic to help with cheerful and trustworthy spirit with competitive rate. The towing driver came on time, and did a great job to tow the car with care to the mechanic garage on time. The service is outstanding to the point that the mechanic garage owner complimented the towing service, too. Wow, amazing service! Called Marvin to help tow my car to a mechanic, he arrived within 30 minutes. Towed for a great price and we even discovered we were neighbors! I am definitely saving this number in my phone for future use.

Marvin literally arrived to my location in 6 minutes! I was on a busy street and need a jump, he was able to park and walk up his jump box to me. Reasonable price and great service!!

I got a flat tire driving on 101 south on a Friday afternoon. I called Vasa Towing for assistance to drop off my car in San Bruno. They picked up right away. Told them my situation and my location. They then told me they would relay the information to their driver and the driver would call me. Within 15 minutes, Walter, my tow truck driver, called my cell phone confirming my location. Walter arrived with his Tow truck flatbed. Walter greeted me when he got out of the truck. Confirmed with me what was wrong with my vehicle and where I wanted to be dropped off. Walter then did his inspections of the vehicle. Then he securely put my RAV4 on the flatbed. Then we started to drive to America's Tire in San Bruno as suggested by him. Walter was an engaging individual. Our drive which would be about 15 minutes did not feel like 15 minutes at all. Because we were talking all the way through. I would recommend Vasa Towing for the fast response and excellent customer service by Walter.

I'd like to share my experience with a towing company that was punctual for my scheduled pickup at the garage. They demonstrated impressive towing abilities and consistently displayed patience and friendliness throughout the entire process.

Great service and very helpful
Our van was stolen 1 month ago and then on Saturday night police called and told us that it was found.
Came to location, but found that key ignision was damaged and wheel was locked and could not start the van
Called AAA we have good coverage, but AAA say if this cargo van ,they would not tow.
Regular small Chevy Astro van 2000
There are so many of then not big as now days.
But AAA said No.
Desperate needed to find anyone.
Got on Yelp.com and Called from top of the list.
Only 9th or 10th from the list answer.
He said will cost $200 and can be in 1 hour.
When he arrived, looked and the lock and recommend to tow to his new location on 3rd st .
He shared parking with mechanical shop and they can fix key ignision for an additional $200
I have checked with local locksmith but they only do keys for house or building doors.
At the end it cost 400 to have van back and they match ignision key with doors.

My car was being a little b and didn't want to start, but man does this business save me a lot of headache. Tow truck came zipping to my location in 5 mins and gave me all the help I needed. Towed it all the way from SF to San Leandro...for a good value too! Good man good business would highly recommend!

reliable very helpful worth the wait and affordable when most towing company charge a lot and make you wait on the phone to make a decision i would recommend him driver was very polite and helpful
