I can't express how impressed we are with Victory's Cleaning Services! From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to quality were evident.

Firstly, their flexibility truly saved the day. We had a sudden water shutdown in our building, which meant we had to reschedule our cleaning appointment at the last minute. Victory's Cleaning Services was incredibly accommodating, effortlessly shifting our appointment to later in the day when the water was back on.

Once they arrived, they were very friendly and did an amazing job deep cleaning our apartment. They even went above and beyond by cleaning our bedroom windows at no additional cost. Every room in our apartment was thoroughly cleaned, leaving our apartment spotless. It honestly hasn't felt this clean since the day we moved in! One thing that stood out to us was the little touches they added, like cleaning our headboard and making our bed feel like we were stepping into a hotel room.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with the results, and we'll definitely be booking Victory's Cleaning Services again for our next cleaning!

Bruno and his wife were punctual. Did a great job with my one bedroom unit. Dusted, cleaned and mopped the floor, restored my bathroom tiles which I was dreading to do. They made my bed changed the sheets. Place looked emasculate after! Would use them again for an annual cleaning!

Renan and Yasmin did an incredible job! I got move out cleaning services and I was so impressed when I saw the final result. I have a dog and they really eliminated any sign of her in the apartment. Super easy to coordinate - Ilanna was very responsive and I was able to book within a few days of my appointment. Definitely would recommend!

Had a great experience with Victory's for my first time ever getting a professional cleaning. My apartment was in major need of a refresh and they absolutely provided it with one! It's not in my budget to do a regular cleaner, but next time I want a deeper clean, I will definitely be reaching out to Victory's!

I originally selected this company because I noticed a another review from on another company's yelp page mentioning how much better Victory's Cleaning was, which I felt said a lot about the quality of work in comparison. During my research, I noticed that for all of the top, highly rated Cleaning Service companies, when you sift through all of the negative reviews amongst the five star reviews, they had very passive aggressive and unprofessional responses to criticism, which speaks volumes to customer service. Despite being more than double the price of my previous cleaner, I took the chance based on the other reviews here.

Initially the quote I received was lower, but I understand that the house was in serious need of deep cleaning, so was ultimately charged a higher than anticipated rate which is fair. I did need to follow up on my own since they forgot to get back to me regarding scheduling, and a few extremely minor spots missed, however I won't subtract any stars for these things because the overall work was fantastic. IMO, the whole point of getting your house cleaned is so that you don't have to do it yourself, but there's exceptional value when they can clean your house better and more thoroughly than you could have even imagined, especially for older homes where I didn't even know the place could look like new again. My husband and I clean here and there and we thought it was good enough. Victory Cleaning will show you that your normal cleaning is not good enough. The attention to detail was incredible. It actually made me excited and happy to be home. Highly recommended and worth it! Don't waste your time penny pinching with other subpar companies. Team Janyelson and Ilanna are amazing and we're more than happy to have them come back regularly.

Great service . Husband and wife team did a deep cleaning for a 1 room unit with 1 bathroom. She was able to clean and remove light mould on one wall. Dusted the blinds and vacuum. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Place is ready to rent out again!

We had two deep cleaning scheduled with Victory's and both were professionally done! We opened the door let the team in and always got impressed by how clean the unit was after we got back in a few hours. Would definitely come back again and recommend the service to friends and fam.

There is absolutely no way I could have made my place as clean as Maria and Rogerio did in the amount of time they did the work.
In short, I was moving into a new house that wasn't thoroughly cleaned in the first place when we bought it, and on top of it there was construction dust everywhere. I did pay an additional fee to have all the walls cleaned/dusted, but it was totally worth it. I couldn't believe how thorough their cleaning was. They got every nook and cranny in the whole house and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere after they were done. They even did inside all the kitchen cabinets! I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who really wants their place thoroughly cleaned. Thank you for helping to make our new house start to become a real home for me and my family!

I was looking to get my house professionally cleaned after my children's birthday party last month & Yelp had sent over my project details to multiple businesses & while I got a couple of responses from other businesses, Victory's Cleaning Services stood out to me the most because of the fair pricing, responsiveness & flexibility. I was contacted by Ilanna and she was so easy to talk to & answered all the questions I had. On the day of the cleaning, my partner and I was so impress with how cleaned our house was! Keep in mind - we had a children's birthday party the day prior & had 3 puppies running around (you can just imagine how dirty the floors were). Ilanna's team left our home spotless and we immediately knew we had to schedule a recurring monthly cleaning.

Our second deep clean was done by Ilanna's team - Maria and Rogèrio and they exceeded our expectations! They had finished the cleaning in a timely manner and left our home smelling amazing and spotless! We were so pleased with their work and I could not be any more satisfied with Ilanna and her team's work. I am now on a monthly schedule for a home cleaning and I look forward to doing more business with Victory's Cleaning Services! Can not recommend them enough!
