It's wild that this service exists, but I'm so grateful Tor was wiling and able to squeeze my repair in at like 10:30 pm at night. I shattered my phone screen and didn't think it was possible to fix, but they did it. No complaints. Hope I won't be in the position again, but now I know who to call.

I am so happy I found Tor! He was extremely responsive to my request for info on Yelp and in scheduling a time to come and fix my very cracked Google Pixel 6a. He was quick and professional and thankfully had the correct screen even though I had told him the wrong model to begin with. My screen is like new, and I would highly recommend Tor!

An audience member accidentally knocked my tablet to the floor at a recent music performance, breaking the touchscreen. The tablet, chosen for its low price and big screen, is a super cheap Android device that I use only to display music charts. It's several years old, and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get it repaired because buying a new one has become next to impossible in the U.S. and none of the usual parts sites listed parts for this tablet when I searched.

He had to invest quite a bit of time chasing down the part(s), but Tor told me he could get what he needed, and sure enough he did! It was a more difficult install than usual also, but now my tablet is working again and I'm very happy with the quality of work and the price. All along the way, Tor did a great job of communicating the status and next steps to me, setting expectations, and then over-delivering beyond those expectations.

I will definitely call him again if I need mobile device repair.

I received same day service within 45 minutes of calling to repair my cracked phone. Tech was quick on repairing my phone. This service was very convenient for my need. Service came with a 3 month warranty.

Great and friendly service! One of the camera lens on my iPhone shattered and Tor was able to come and fix it the same day at a reasonable price. He was very communicative the whole time and extremely helpful. The whole process was done within 20 minutes!

Great service! Requested service on Yelp and responded within an hour. Talked in phone with Tor who understood my problem and sent a technician. Tech arrived a bit late but he communicated to let me know. Phone was fixed in about half hour after tech arrived. Will be using if I need again!

In desperate need to repair screen as had been dropped 1 too many times.
Turns out, he was gonna be right in my neighborhood the next day.Perfect!
Took an afternoon but completed while I waited. Walked away super satisfied to have my phone back. 30 day warranty.
Week later another issue came up, one afternoon later, again fixed on the spot!
