Plain and simple, just go, you won't regret it.
We came into town with intentions of going to the iconic Cattlemen's steak house. After running around all day we weren't up to making the trek out to the desert so we decided to give WTxC a try.
When we first drove up, folks were waiting outside, all over. Our first thought was "wow, must be good if this many folks are waiting ", then that thought quickly turned into, "eek, our party of 5 will soon join the others waiting ". To our surprise, our party of 5 was seated in less than 5 minutes in a PACKED house.
Our VERY attentive server Rene was a precursor to the wonderful evening we were about to experience. The freshly made bread was the beginning of was only a preview of what was to come. The unique list of craft drinks leaves you craving for the next. The star of the show was our bone-in ribeye and it's over the top presentation.

WTxC is right up there with all the other steakhouses we've experienced in the Dallas Metropolitan area (minus the Dallas pricing) and as a bonus it comes w/ the familiar El Paso hospitality.

I was in town for business. When looking for restaurants this place popped up first for great reasons.

Our group of three showed up and were seated promptly. The server was great, service was fast and the food is delicious.

I got the New York steak with the loaded baked potato and it was delicious! Must try one of their steaks if you go here. The Alfredo bowl was also good as one of our group got that.

Definitely a great place to eat and if no other suggestions or places to eat, this would be a go back to place!

Visiting El Paso for business and this restaurant had great reviews. Our first visit was 3/26/24 for dinner. It was almost full but we were seated right away. They had Pellegrino so we ordered a large bottle to share. For starters, poblano soup and salad. My husband and I both ordered the filet mignon that came with a loaded baked potato. After we finished our starters, we saw our waitress coming with a cart loaded with entrees. She first served a table of four next to us. There must have been a problem with one of their orders. She left and came back and finished serving that table. All the while our plates were just sitting on the cart. Finally after a good 5-10 minutes, we were served. Our food was cold. How disappointing. I couldn't eat my potato at all and made myself eat as much of the filet as I could. My husband struggled also. Sending the food back was not an option as too much time had passed after we were served. So we were silently unhappy.
Tonight we decided to try it again being conveniently close to our hotel.
Now after tonight, I can honestly recommend this restaurant. We had an excellent meal and service. Starting with an appetizer of melted cheese, green chili and chorizo which my husband loved. Then I ordered the southwest salad and my husband had the green chili burger with hand cut fries. He said it was the best burger ever. My salad was really good also. Our attentive server the 2nd night was Meah. Great service, lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor.

If you come for steak, order other cuts other than fillet mignon. I ordered medium rare and friend ordered medium cooked fillet mignon. Both pieces came overcooked and dry. I gave mine back for replacement. When the replacement came, when I cut, I knew it was not overcooked but the more I cut, it was very raw in the inside. This steakhouse does not know how to cook fillet mignons but the other cuts looked good on the other table. Appetizers were not good either - chicharrones were over cooked, queso fondido was good which is just melted cheese and tortilla. Food quality is 1 star, service is 3.5 stars. Waiter tried but didn't bother to ask about the replacement and I didnt bother to give it back. If I come back, I will order the other cuts of steak.
      Atmosphere was nice though.

Excellent restaurant. We had a big group of 10 for lunch and mostly hungry young men. We all got burgers one variety or another. Very excellent burger. Not as good as In-N-Out but close. Definitely as good as Whataburger though. Our Waiters name was Brandon probably one of the best waiter's we've ever had.

We had a great meal here, the vibe and atmosphere are great, and the food is fantastic. The steak nachos are some of the best I've had, the rib eye tacos were absolutely delicious, and the burgers were high quality. The food here was great, the service was a little slow but we came at the end of the night. Overall I recommend and will return

I highly recommend this place. When we entered, it was packed, and we were still seated in less than 5 minutes. Our waitress was prompt and attentive. Our food was timely; we didn't wait long at all. The fresh baked bread was delicious. We were a party of 3, and we ordered the Mac & Cheese Burger, Asadaro Green Chili Burger, Alejandro Burger, and corn brulee. 10/10 for each meal. We topped our meals off with the peach cobbler bread pudding, and we were pleased. It was a delightful dessert. We'd definitely visit this establishment again. Lastly, the ambiance was very chill and esthetically pleasing.

This place came highly recommended from some good friends and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the porter house and two other entrees. I believe that was the best steak that I have had in my life.

Great food and service. Yelp pulled my last review because they said I might be related to the owner or management group. That's just ridiculous! This a great place! Give it a shot!
