This is a review for bakeries in New Orleans, LA:
"So good, I forgot to take photos I can't believe how many awesome, flavorful, and beautiful things can come out of a such a tiny place. Our group came in on a rainy Friday morning for takeout. We had: 1. Bacon, egg, and cheese bun 2. The Bearcat breakfast with bacon 3. Ham and cheese croissant Not a bad haul for ~$30. The eggs were fluffy, creamy, and full of flavor. The bacon was perfectly crispy. And the croissant had that nearly impossible balance of light and fluffy, while also being flaky and crusty. An exceptional experience!"
