"What a convenient option! New Orleans was 93 degrees and nearly 100% humidity during our stay. We had to be out of our Airbnb by noon, but our flight wasn't until the evening. No way we could have dragged our luggage with us. We even considered renting a car to act as a storage location for the day, but decided the logistics of that were time consuming and our valuable might not be safe. We set up the appointment online from a wedding reception, and Dante called us before he arrived at our Airbnb to pick up our luggage. When we later arrived at the airport, he was able to bring us our luggage earlier than the time I originally requested, which got us through the growing airport security line earlier. Great concept, and Dante is clearly a hard-working, conscientious young man."
