OK the reason you can't find bulk drycleaning is because that's not how drycleaning works.  You can do laundry by weight but the process of drycleaning is done peice by peice.  I still don't get how drycleaning 'works' and I worked briefly at a dry cleaner. But trust me, you shouldn't get bulk drycleaning even if you DO somehow find it.  It's not going to end well.

4. It may or may not be related to the homicides. I can only confirm that people are dying.
