UPDATED-EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Update: Katie answered my email.Asked for a photo of the issue and one of the back of the mat showing the ComfiLife logo, I sent both a photos. Confirmed my shipping address, a replacement is on the way. Great customer service! The mat has a lifetime warranty, I was unaware of that when I ordered it. I will make it a point to but ComfiLife mats from now on.On another note, I had my family over for a cookout yesterday, my DIL remarked on how cushy the mat is and wants one. I love the color and the size. I ordered the brown, 24 x 70, I wanted it to go in front of my my sink and the dishwasher that is next to it. Which it does. It is very comfortable to stand on. Thick, soft, but firm. The mat I replaced was 20 x 36 because it constantly moved, I used carpet corners to stick it to the hard wood floor. Which worked well, except I couldn’t pick it up to clean, consequently I ruined the mat, the tape stuck so well, the bottom of the mat tore when I moved it to clean. So that isn’t an option to anchor the curled end of this mat. The mat was tightly rolled, wrapped in plastic with a cardboard sleeve around it. I am hoping it will relax and lay flat, so far it hasn’t. I tried putting a large heavy stock pot on it to get it to remain flat, but so far it is sticking up as seen in the photo. A definite tripping hazard. So minus 2 stars for this. It would definitely be a 5 star product if it laid flat. I contacted ComfiLife via their customer siupport email, so far I haven’t received a reply. If they have a solution for getting the mat to lay flat, or send one that does, I will update my review.

The color, size, thickness, squishiness, and quality are just as described. The beveled edge helps keep you from tripping and allows the mat to tuck under your stove or island. They grip the floor and don't move around. Lastly, I can wipe messes with a damp cloth! Love them!
