Well, the jury is in and I got to say this vacuum cleaned my whole house. I didn’t get a video of that. I was walking the dogs, but I came home after turning on the mop and it is shiny clean. It is still cleaning my floors love it. It is saving me time it’s the only thing I hate doing the floors. Highly recommend if you were on the fence on getting it like I was.

Bravia jet actually works really well, did not have any issues with it. Cute little robot. Useful. Unfortunately you can’t just put it on schedule because it requires refill, pad change, all that. Would be great to see it taking care of it all one day.

Roomba of this gen turned out to be a huge disappointment. Actually to the point of writing this review.
I used to own one of the early generations models and never had any problem. It did not pretend to be smart. It was doing what it was supposed to do and served me well and it is still in a good working condition to this day.

The I3+ on the other hand just doesn’t do the job as expected. It is always having issues of several kinds starting from not following its smart map boundaries, often being stuck in surprising places and all the way to being stuck on the base with no reaction whatsoever while the application indicates that it is vacuuming. The base stuck issue happens every couple of weeks.
Rebooting Roomba helps with the stuck issue.

My main frustration comes from the scenarios when you rely on it to be finished by the time you get back home. And then you see Bravia Jet still standing by not able to start its part of the job because Roomba had acted weird again. It doesn’t happen every time but does happen often. I tried but could not recognize any specific pattern to report, yet at least.

There are things it does perform very well though, for example, reminding that it’s about time to change the filter, or bag etc.

I was excited to get these robots based on my previous experience with IRobot products.
Giving a credit where it’s due, Bravia does perform very well, just as expected. Roomba regularly acts like a dumbfounded or a shell-shocked robot if robots can be that way.

I was very excited to get this bundle, I was replacing my Roborock that really couldn't keep up for much longer with the way my German shepherd sheds. The vacuum I like a lot, it took 1 time to map my house, it cleans up the hair and debris very well, the suction power to clean the dustbin does some like a jet engine but its only for a moment and does well cleaning out the dustbin. The mop however, took about 4 times, 3 hours each to map my home, it also cleaned at an angle and the floor cleaner it came with left my floor so sticky, it didn't feel clean. I did end up using my own floor cleaner solution and diluted it but for some reason I just cannot get rid of the sticky feeling on my floors after it cleans and I clean the mop rag after every use and let it dry completely, I do not reuse it dirty. I have tried it for a week and I am just very underwhelmed with it, especially for the price. Unfortunately, since I bought it as the bundle, I have to return it this way. I don't really care for the app either, with the Roborock, I liked that it showed on the app where the vacuum was cleaning and the way it cleaned, I miss that feature. So this will be going back and I will get the Roborock Q7.

I have an Italian Coonhound she has the kind of hair that sticks to every thing.
But Romba gets the job done.
Only problem is the bags are little and expensive and I need to change the everytime I run it.

I got this bundle because I needed a way to vacuum and mop vinyl flooring with carpets and furniture in the way, and I had some previous experience with the i3+ EVO.

The i3+ EVO is a decent robot but it's not the smartest of the bunch. If you have a house with a thick rugs, low cabinet or uncommon layouts don't expect it to be fully autonomous -- it's going to need some shepherding and help when it gets stuck. This is especially a problem with cabinets that are tall enough for the robot to just squeeze under with its main body but that catch the sensor protruding at the front. The i3+ is definitely NOT smart enough not to get stuck time and again if it manages to wedge that sensor under the cabinet.

Long story short, unless your house doesn't have any complex obstacles, you'd be better served by a robot vacuum with better navigation sensors and capabilities. If you do have a relatively simple house that's either all carpet or no carpet/rugs, and that

There is some confusion online about the mapping abilities of the i3+ EVO. The factory firmware has none. There is a day-0 update available which adds them. Your robot may not get the update immediately when brought online, it might take a day or two and the app has no way to force the update.

Once on the correct firmware version, the i3+ EVO does have a mapping feature. However, it's not very good. The map doesn't seem to get updated much or at all after being generated by a mapping run, even though the robot claims to update it after it returns to base every time. It doesn't work much in low-light situations (do that mapping run during the day...). The map isn't very precise, and sometimes the robot gets confused and either misses some bits or doesn't understand what it cleaned (and no cleaned area is available in the app after it comes back -- it tries to load it forever and nothing happens).

Because the i3+ EVO supports only 1 smart map, you can't even send it on a mapping run to see if you get a better result than the current one. For that to happen you need to delete the current map *first*. It would be much better if the robot could do a mapping run to 'refresh' the current map or at least allow comparing the new one with the current one. And obviously it would be even better if the mapping features worked better in the first place, without the need to try multiple mapping runs. One can hope a future firmware update solves some of these issues.

In comparison the m6 fares *much* better. It has a lower profile without any protruding bits, it doesn't have to climb on carpets and it navigation and mapping features are in general much more solid. On its own it's a solid 4 stars for me. The only downsides it has for me are:

- it's not particularly fast;

- it can't raise its mop, so it leaves a wet trail behind when driving around after cleaning;

- apparently it sometimes doesn't understand it's running out of water, you can't rely on it coming back to base for a refill in the middle of a job, though it will refuse to start a new one if the water is low.

None of these are dealbreakers in my case because it takes seconds to refill the water and 1-2 runs to learn how many refills are needed to clean a whole floor. However if you plan on e.g. leaving it running unsupervised for weeks obviously something with automatic water refills would be better.

All in all the combo is pretty solid if you're willing to babysit the i3+ EVO a bit, and if you're ok with the few shortcomings of the m6. It can also be really good value if you get it at a discount.

The media could not be loaded.
 Well, the jury is in and I got to say this vacuum cleaned my whole house. I didn’t get a video of that. I was walking the dogs, but I came home after turning on the mop and it is shiny clean. It is still cleaning my floors love it. It is saving me time it’s the only thing I hate doing the floors. Highly recommend if you were on the fence on getting it like I was.
