The Customer Journey audit looks specifically at what happens from the moment a prospective client/customer lands on your website, to the moment they click your CTA link (or don’t!).

🌟 We’ll cover all aspects needed: timeframe, warm-up event/s, offerings/bump offers/pricing, pages/cart, emails, what needs to happen when, how you’ll make this a first class experience for your audience and customers.
🌟 You’ll leave with a visual map of your launch, created using Milanote or Trello.

Launch setup (the tech/automation bit)
🌟 I’ll take your Launch Map and add in all necessary dates and tasks (in your Infinity/Asana/Trello account)
🌟 Either myself or someone in my team will set up everything for you: schedule your promo, challenge, warm-up, reminder, and sales emails; connect up your landing pages, thank you pages, shopping cart, email marketing platform etc.; and make sure everything is set up and ready to run smoothly in good time for your challenge/cart open.
🌟 Test everything beforehand and be on hand during cart open to provide tech support.
