The built in interface is really easy to use and it is easy to set up out of the box, the apps work fine for me. I like the ability to turn it off and on by just shutting the cover in front of the lens. In terms of build quality, the projector feels sturdy enough, it doesn't feel cheaply made, the handle feels like it is made with quality materials as well. Currently I keep mines plugged in the entire time on a Manfrotto tripod and currently have my Nintendo Switch, Roku and a DVD player connected to it (using an HDMI switch). The battery power alone works just fine but I haven't tested it extensively. (Claim is 4 hrs)
If there was one thing I wish this had... it would be zoom. I have to physically move my night table to get the picture to fit my wall. (Something to consider when planning your set up)
Overall the Nebula Mars II by Anker has everything you need for a projector experience, this will save space and is easy to take with you anywhere you go. I also plan to use this to project calming images and sounds for my newborn. Give your space a different feel, I feel like I've got my monies worth.

So I plugged in and turned it on and while it's charging I did a quick setup.
First, picture quality is well comparable to Capsule. It's got sharper video quality, clear and brighter and I just love the auto focus. Well it's 720p!! And it's much brighter than Capsule too. I turned it on in my home office with lights on and I was able to see the screen with no problem. With Capsule I can't see the screen as clear as in for Mars 2. So far I am happy with the purchase. I will definitely sacrifice the bigger size and portability compared to Capsule with this much difference in screen quality. It's definitely worth it if you don't mind carrying larger unit when using this outdoors and traveling.
One thing that worries me is the battery life. Usually when these kind of products get shipped you have little less than 50% of the battery in there. But this unit arrived completely drained. Maybe it could have been drained while it was sitting in the warehouse? Maybe... but then who knows how long it was there like that. If the battery was fully drained for a while then its life span decreases significantly and I am a little worried about that. If someone had the similar experience I'd like to know how the battery condition is after fully charged and if it's being able to run 4 hours as it is stated.
Well I will find out soon after this unit gets fully charged. So for now I am giving 5 stars considering that I may not have issues with the battery power.
I will update my review as well after I'm done playing with all the good stuff in this Mars 2.
** Update: So I fully charged Mars 2 last night and it took me about 4-5 hours to complete. First thing I did was to compare the screen quality with my Capsule. I did a direct comparison side by side. (see photos) It is definitely brighter and sharper. Sound is ok but I wish it was a bit more powerful because it seems like it can't handle deep bass. (wonder why not JBL anymore.. cost???) Auto focus seems to work very well but I wish I can manually fine tune it if necessary. Actually you can manually fine tune the focus when you see the circle trying to auto focus at the center of the screen but when it's gone from the screen you can't manually adjust the focus unless you move the projector around then it will try to auto focus again and you will see the circle then you can manually adjust the focus. (side note: when you move the projector around and while it tries to auto-focus again, the video stops and then plays again after it's done auto-focusing which I found it to be pretty cool little feature) Maybe I haven't figured out how to manual focus yet... But I don't find this to be big problem since auto focus works pretty well. Portability can't really beat the Capsule. It's heavy and almost as three times bigger than Capsule and you have to carry a separate power supply along. I don't find this to be a huge problem since it gives me better video quality but I will definitely miss the mobility of Capsule. As far as for the battery, I am still concerned about the fact that it arrived completely drained. I may not have a problem now but I am pretty sure I fill face shorter life span if the battery was completely drained for a long time before it got shipped to me. As someone suggested I am getting a replacement.

I hate televisions. To me, televisions are a big, black rectangle that sit in your living room and you end up structuring the layout of your living room around the television. I’ve been dreaming of a TV-free living room for a while now… not because I want to watch less TV or play less games or anything - just because I don’t want to own a physical TV.
So this projector was designed to be my TV replacement, and I was willing to put up with a lot to make that vision happen.
---
About our setup:
The projector is stored in / on a little side table unit. It’s effectively invisible when it’s been put away. This was far and away the most important thing for me. I pop it on the coffee table when it comes out each evening. It usually has an HDMI cable and the power running out the back.
The projector projects upwards at a fairly sharp angle above our fireplace. This introduces keystone artifacts, but they’re not too bad. The autofocus feature is very, very good.
The projector sits about 4 feet from the projection surface and creates a large image. At 6 feet or ten feet the image is huge. (I haven’t measured it, sorry.)
---
The pros:
* It’s summer right now, and we leave all the shades open in the living room. It doesn’t get dark until 9:30ish. We will start watching TV at 7, and while it’s by no means a perfect image because of all the ambient light, it’s definitely not unwatchable. The image quality only gets better as it gets darker, and when it’s dark out I find myself blown away by the strength of the image. We frequently leave lights on, but, like all projectors, this thing definitely shines when the space is as dark as possible.
* The sound is loud!
* The portability is great. The projector frequently travels to different rooms in our condo. Running it off the battery at full power kind of feels like magic.
* Playing games. I’m a casual gamer, and it’s so fun to play my Nintendo Switch on this thing. I haven’t noticed any lag.
* The image is 720p, and that can be pretty damn crisp. I’m not one to get all that excited about ultra HD.
The cons:
* Software. The Youtube app doesn’t currently let you log into your account. (Nebula said they’re fixing this). The Netflix app can’t play HD content, because of some kind of hardware signing issue. I even side-loaded the newest Android Netflix app and it didn’t make a difference. I don’t think there’s a workaround here. So, for the best experience you’ll probably want to connect an Apple TV or similar (we had one lying around from 2012. It works great.)
* I know I said I’m happy with the brightness - but I feel like it could have been just a touch brighter. I’d been following the Mars I for quite a while and was disappointed to see that the projection brightness had been reduced for the Mars 2.
* The sound is loud, but not that high quality. Not distractingly bad or anything - it might be a bit too heavy on the bass.
[EDIT]: Nebula's support is fantastic. They've been super responsive to questions about the product, and really helpful each time. Shout-out to Wendy for all your help!!

El volúmen puede mejorar, en exterior sí se requiere de una bocina. Muy recomendable, excelente compra de buen fin.

The storage feature is great in case you don’t trust your wifi outdoors and want to download Netflix or Amazon movies. Sound is ok but we just connect a Bose portable speaker through the Audio Out for a bit more sound.
We’ve been unable to setup Disney + through the Playstore and also had no success sideloading APK files so for now we’ll just connect a laptop via HDMI if we want Disney +.
The apple and Android casting features are great for seeing your own pics/videos from your phone !
Brightness at 300 lumens is more than enough at sundown and we’ve run 80 and 110+ inch screens!

The default player is not great and doesn't support some video formats. To fix that, just install VLC media player from the app store and you can play ANYTHING.
Now I watch videos only with the projector - the reflected light makes my eyes happy. I also love to move when I watch videos and watching from the wall is just a perfect solution for me.
Highly recommended!
