Absolutely lovely collection. My copy was actually a surprise gift from the author herself, and it absolutely made my day. Interestingly enough, i found Sylvia through Amazon...after they screwed up an order of her cant-live-without-it Probiotic, and I called the company to remedy the situation. Imagine my amazment of having the co- founder herself return my call, and we ended up having a great conversation, and a few days later I found the thoughtful, unexpected gift of her book and my favorite of her products in my mailbox! Total nourishment for my body AND soul, and I can't recommend both highly enough. I can't wait to see what else Sylvia has up her sleeve for us...

This book of poetry is just what I needed. It's a pep talk and a realistic look at life in short, accessible, beautifully crafted verses.

As an aside to the content, I love the size! It is small enough I could throw it in my purse and open up for a verse or two throughout my day.

This is a small book, perfect to throw in your handbag or briefcase and carry with you. I don’t read a lot of poetry, but I really enjoyed these thought provoking gems.
Honestly, it reminds me of the Tao da Ching.
Highly recommend this book.
