Board was missing holes, but Customer Support was great! Overall nice product
I just built this baker's rack to use as a coffee bar over this past weekend, and as I was building it, one of the "board #5" parts was missing half the required holes. I reached out to Superjare's customer service and was issued a $45 refund for the inconvenience. They had spoken with their product engineers and said the rack should be fully functional without the board (which I knew, as I am also an engineer, and continued to build the whole thing anyway, as returning would've been a massive pain). In my photos, this board would've been installed on the bottom right side of the rack.Anyway, kudos to them and their responsiveness. If you live in America, their customer service is definitely overseas somewhere, as my emails were responded to late at night past typical USA business hours. Not an issue, but interesting to note.Besides the board problem, I'm happy with this product. The metal "bones" are sturdy, and all the pre-drilled holes for bolts/screws aligned perfectly. Make sure you read the directions carefully as a few pieces have holes only on certain sides, and can be easy to not see and put together the main connections and mount it on the wrong way, as a lot of the mountings are symmetrical.The drawer actually has you secure it in with a screw on both sides, so the drawer can never fully fall out, which is a nice touch.The electronic "air" switch is convenient as I'm paranoid of leaving my appliances plugged in, as I travel a bit for work.Do note though that although the product comes with 6 mug hooks, I could only fit 3 in that space. I live alone though, so that's plenty of mug storage for me.The counter space is wide enough for my Keurig and my iced coffee maker, and a Keurig pod spinning storage doohickey.I really like it's presentation! It's not too tall and the main countertop is a nice height to work on.

I bought my house a couple if years ago. Moved in with little to nothing. I have slowly bought what I needed to fill it. I had this one area in my dinning room that I couldn't figure out what to put there. Plus I have a small kitchen with little counter space. I came across this rack during a prim day event. Didn't get it then (yeah that was stupid), but after much thought and measuring, I finally broke down and got it. Came in a box. Needed to be assembled. As I am almost 65, that bothered me. Well it was super easy to assemble, took no time at all, the instructions were spot on! Now, I have removed everything that was in my way on the counter, made a cute little coffee area, and will finally have a place to put a microwave! Just need to get that next! LOVE this rack. Highly recommend this, easy to put together and solid! Love the extra plug outlets on it also. Lots if storage area, a great value, all parts included (even the tools needed to assemble!). Fits my area perfectly! Thank you again Amazon!

I was concerned about the sturdiness. It is extremely sturdy. I have 2 cast iron frying pans hanging on the S hooks. There's no wobble or looseness at all. I will go back and tighten everything up again in a couple of weeks to be sure it stays that way.
From opening the box to being completely finished took me just under 1 and a half hours, using the tools and instructions that were provided. I did it by myself.
The size is perfect for my needs. I have a microwave, a drip coffee pot, an air fryer, and a lot more on there with plenty of room.
The wood finish and metal frame look good, there are no blemishes or scratches on this.
