MY RATING: 4

My Site Turns 11!

11 years ago, I’ve launched this personal site of mine and have been making a name for myself ever since. I’ve worked hard to make this my virtual home away from reality. Unlike the message boards, this is where I do recaps personally for contestants coming to my site. Thanks to the assistance of my fellow admins, my site now has over 6K recaps whether it’s syndicated, primetime, daytime, or international. I’ve got well over 200 followers to date including some past contestants whether they follow me via email, WordPress, Twitter, or Facebook.

I’ve built a lasting legacy through the years — potential contestants should know how the game works, watch the show as much as they can, and PLAY SMART (and hopefully NOT make any foolish mistakes). I do have a heart and I would appreciate it if smart contestants make a good effort. Millions of viewers at home would appreciate the same. The ideal contestant should also be likable, enthusiastic, and not over the top.

It’s such a shame we lost fellow admin @skippslargo due to the chaotic events of Feb. 8 earlier this year. According to @jliu23232’s “10 Words or Less” post, this was the WORST episode of Season 40 and it was so bad it totally broke him (even some episodes throughout the years broke me as well). He’s done a terrific job helping me out in the last five years. I could really use someone to help fill the void.

I owe you people a big thanks for following my site over the years. Here’s to another year of blogging episodes from today and from the past!
