Miles - Travel, Shop, Get Cash 12+

This was a very good app. when I first started using it, then they updated it and changed it. Now they are requesting a monthly or yearly fee for less benefits then what I was originally getting for free. They have now limited it so you can only count five trips today and it’s only a portion of the miles you drive. They did another update yesterday and now instead of being able to cash in Miles for gift cards every day it’s every 72 hours. The gift cards are sometimes $0.25 $0.50 $0.75 and a $1.00. However, they are not available very often. I did really enjoy the app and had referred my son, who download it, and had over 100,000 miles accumulated but since he hadn’t logged in for two months they took 100,000 points for inactivity. He thought he was still accumulating miles and didn’t see any point of logging into the app as he wasn’t going to use them yet. He wanted to let them build up. He did not receive anything saying they were changing everything and I would deduct such a drastic amount of miles in that timeframe. He has now discarded the app. and as soon as I can use up my miles, I will also get rid of it. The app is not worth having anymore!!?

As our gift card rewards are released with limited quantities, we try our best to ensure all users have the opportunity to redeem for rewards. Only users who have not opened Miles for 60 days or more will see a deduction of miles in order to provide a delightful user experience with top tier account security. Additionally, we have introduced many features such as Surveys, Shop & Earn, Refer a Friend, Trivia, etc. that allow users to earn thousands of miles in a single day.

The idea is great but with the rewards that are available it is 100% NOT worth it! If you want discounts and coupons you can use the app called honey, it’s free. The rewards need to be gift cards or at the very least good discounts like 75% off items or websites. This site mostly gives you deals on subscriptions, which is NOT appealing because even if you get a month free you have to pay to keep it going. If you could redeem a years worth of a subscription for free that would be worth it, other than that it’s pointless. I downloaded it despite the low rating to check it out. I’m sad to say this app deserves the low rating. Get those rewards worked out and you could have a good thing going. I have soooooo many miles and nothing I want to redeem them for so I’m deleting the app. It’s not worth it

That’s all well and good that your offers are unique but they aren’t good. My point was it’s not worth it for discounts. You can find discounts all over the internet with a simple google search. It would be worth it if you could earn gift cards, I want free not discounts lol. There are other apps that you can get free gift cards with and I’m going to stick with them. Let me know in the future if you improve the rewards. My suggestion is fix the rewards because it is the biggest complaint I’ve seen in the reviews. Listen to the constructive criticism and try to make your app better.

I’ve had the app for about 2 1/2 years and when I first had it it tracked your miles and added it all up on its own (no going in and having to click to get your miles added or having to deal with pesky adds) and then you could use the miles you earned to get awards and subscriptions and they actually worked. Today the app has been updated to the point it just isn’t worth it, the Mile awards are too high, the adding the miles yourself instead of having them add automatically is tedious, and having adds plastered all over your screen or every time you try to click something just makes the app unusable and useless. The gift cards you were able to bet on and buy were a perfect addition and so was the certain miles multiplier depending on the type of way you traveled, but now with the miles + and the other subscription you have to buy in order to actually get the miles you have done or to make more of the miles you have road just doesn’t make any sense. I get the adds but paying for a subscription for an app that’s supposed to give you money and discounts so you don’t have to spend money doesn’t make any sense to me. I miss the 2021/early 2022 version of this app. It’s not what it used to be.
