The Housing and Mental Health Agreement 2022 (HMHA 22) is an agreement with the Department of Communities and Justice which recognises that housing and mental health are closely related. Having a safe and secure place to call home is a fundamental foundation for health and wellbeing. Packing lunches every day can be challenging but can also be cheaper and healthier than eating out! Try this easy tuna pita pockets recipe. It takes just 5 minutes to make and will give you a lunchtime energy and protein boost. You can replace tuna with salmon to mix it up throughout the week. Hot tip! To avoid soggy sandwiches, try packing the fillings and pita breads separately to make on your lunchbreak and don’t forget an ice brick in your esky to help keep it cool while you work. Your family will always be asked to support your decision to be an organ and tissue donor before organ donation goes ahead. That’s where Family Support Coordinators like Clare and Karen from the NSW Organ and Tissue Donation Service come in. Based in the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, they provide post-donation care and bereavement support to the families of all donors in NSW. “I see this as honouring what may be the patient’s last wishes,” said Karen. “It is a privilege and incredibly rewarding to support families through the loss of their loved ones. They allow us into their lives and place their trust in us.”
