How can you conduct ergonomic testing during product development?
You need to define what you are testing, decide how you will be testing, and who you will be testing with / on. Sounds simple and logical but you need to consider IRL v Virtual test scenarios, what type of data you will be collecting and the ethical ramifications of collecting and storing data and performing tests on / with people.

What are some common misconceptions about innovation that executives should avoid?
Innovation is an important activity for all organisations but it will look different in every scenario. There is no clean cookie-cutter set of processes that will give you the best outcomes. Your team will be best able to innovate when given enough freedom to do so. The biggest, and most consistent, innovation error I see in organisations is a desire to control innovation. It never works.

What are the most effective ways to navigate complex social and environmental challenges in your work?
Map the system(s) in which you are working. Identify areas you can influence in and who you might collaborate with. Initiate discussion and find commonalities. Speak the experts or seek to upskill in areas you need to.
