The EMAC Annual (Spring) Conference is a time when we celebrate a lot of successes of distinguished scholars that shaped marketing as a discipline. It was our great pleasure to award P. K. Kannan from University of Maryland the EMAC Distinguished Scholar Award for 2024. His speech on his beginnings, challenges, great ideas and successes, along with the relationships he's built and impact he's made only confirm the way we think about him as a scholar, mentor and to many - a friend. Congratulations again P.K. - very well deserved!
