How much do you know about Philadelphia? The latest BP Quizzo night brought intrepid trivia contestants to PADELphila for a chance to prove their mettle — and you get a chance to beat them, below.
Each month we take the live version of our daily newsletter trivia game to a different venue around town. This time we landed inside the Bala Cynwyd athletic complex. Padel is a rapidly growing sport, and this gym has a ring of courts for the tennis-meets-squash game that surround a central hub with a kitchen and seating.
That’s where the Billy Penn team set up with free snacks and brews for players, who were also welcome to BYO. Players broke into four different teams as BP Quizzo hosts Danya Henninger and Sakeenah Benjamin read the three rounds of questions.
Honors for best team name were awarded to “Val’s Padel Gals,” while the grand prize — a padel lesson plus an hour free on the courts — went to team “Quaker Oats,” who got 16/24 questions right.
