One week after Florida Panthers became Stanley Cup winners for the first time in franchise history, the 2024-25 NHL offseason is in full swing.

All 32 teams, including the reigning champions and the league's newest club in Salt Lake City, are making moves to prepare for the 2024-25 season.

The Rangers re-signed veteran defenseman Chad Ruhwedel to a one-year contract, according to ESPN.

The team also signed defenseman Braden Schneider to a two-year, $44 million contract extension, per ESPN.

After being acquired from the Utah Hockey Club last month, J.J. Moser signed a two-year, $6.75 million contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning to avoid arbitration, per ESPN.

Former Dallas Stars defenseman Ryan Suter signed with the St. Louis Blues on a one-year deal with a base salary of $775,000 and up to $2.2 million in bonuses, per ESPN.

Eeli Tolvanen and the Seattle Kraken have agreed to a two-year, $6.95 million contract, according to ESPN.

Henri Jokiharju has signed a one-year, $3.1 million deal to return to the Buffalo Sabres, the team announced Friday.

The Buffalo Sabres are acquiring Ryan McLeod from the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for Matt Savoie, per Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.

Ty Tullio is also going to Buffalo in the deal.

Jack Roslovic has signed a one-year, $2.8 million contract with the Carolina Hurricanes, the team announced Thursday.

Forward Vladimir Tarasenko signed a two-year, $4.75 million contract with the Detroit Red Wings.

Tarasenko spent the 2023-24 season with the Florida Panthers.

The Ottawa Senators have acquired Jan Jenik in a trade with Utah, according to Chris Johnston of The Athletic. Utah will reportedly receive Egor Sokolov in return.

Tomas Tatar signed a one-year deal with the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday, the team announced.

The contract is worth $1.8 million.

The Florida Panthers and forward Anton Lundell agreed to terms on a new six-year contract, the team announced.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have reportedly signed veteran defenseman Jack Johnson, per Michael DeRosa of The Hockey News.

Johnson, who spent last season with the Colorado Avalanche, played for the Blue Jackets from 2011 to 2018.

The Detroit Red Wings signed center Tyler Motte to a one-year, $800,000 contract.

Motte spent the 2023-24 season with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Veteran defenseman Nate Schmidt has signed a one-year deal with the Florida Panthers, Tim Reynolds reported for the Associated Press.

The Anaheim Ducks signed center Jansen Harkins to a two-year contract with an average annual value of $775,000, per Sportsnet. Harkins spent the 2023-24 season with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Ottawa Senators re-signed forward Shane Pinto to a two-year, $3.75 AAV contract.

The Winnipeg Jets signed forward Jaret Anderson-Dolan to a two-year contract worth $775,000 per year. Anderson-Dolan played for the Nashville Predators and Los Angeles Kings last season.

The Anaheim Ducks acquired veteran defenseman Brian Dumoulin from the Seattle Kraken in exchange for a 2026 fourth-round pick.
