  • Recently mixologists from some of our most acclaimed Four Seasons bars around the globe gathered for a series of events at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans to showcase their creativity, craft, and teamwork.   During Tales of the Cocktail, an annual conference that gathers some of the world’s foremost cocktail and spirit industry professionals, the Four Seasons beverage teams from Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, Four Seasons Hotel Houston, Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, and Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi came together to showcase their expertise over five days.   Sharing in the excitement, Philipp Blaser, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons, shared, "Tales of the Cocktail is the perfect stage for Four Seasons to exhibit our dedication to beverage excellence.     With more than 29 years at Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Serap Mesutoglu is the hotel’s veteran Director of Guest Relations and a guest favourite. Her warm personality and smile shine throughout the property’s public areas as she welcomes guests and ensures all their needs are taken care of. She joined Four Seasons Hotel Milano in 1995 as Floor Supervisor before moving to the Front Desk as Receptionist followed by Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms. Loving the direct contact with guests, she naturally became the Hotel’s Director of Guest Relations. In her position, she will do anything she can to fulfil all guests' needs and her daily mission is to make every wish come true. Hospitality is a passion for her, and she will embrace any challenge to make a guest happy, “My most important goal is to connect with our guests and create the perfect conditions for them to see this historical property as a place in which they can find friends, feel relaxed and enjoy all the city has to offer.
