We are a fully remote organization of researchers, data scientists, communications professionals, and advertising gurus. We are published authors, photographers, triathletes, and world travelers. We are moms, dads, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. We are volunteers in our communities and champions for work/life balance.

Our Hiring Process

Typically, individuals will participate in the interview process as outlined below. However, there may be slight nuances given the role and/or department involved in the hiring process. Please keep in mind that a decision on an individual’s candidacy can made at any stage during this process:

  1. Initial Screening: Qualified individuals will be invited to schedule a phone interview with a member of our recruiting team. This is a great opportunity to ask any initial questions you have about the company, benefits, life at CivicScience, and the qualities needed to succeed here.
  2. Interview with Hiring Manager: We’ll connect you with your potential manager, who will conduct a full interview. You’ll have a chance to highlight your knowledge, skills, and experience while learning more about CivicScience and the particular role that interests you.
  3. Next Steps: You may be asked to perform an interview exercise where you can highlight your capabilities. Next, or in parallel, you’ll interview with potential team members.
  4. References and Offer: Our recruiting team will connect with your references to learn more about the impact you can make and the potential you can bring to CivicScience.
