Product Description
Our dance pole not only burns calories and boost your metabolism, but also tones your muscles, improves your balance and flexibility, and strengthens your core.
Why is the dance pole higher or lower than the ceiling height specified?
You may wonder why this dancing pole is still higher or lower than the ceiling heigh of my house, even though my ceiling height matches the advertised size chart?
Ensure that you follow the installation instructions carefully and use the appropriate extension rod based on your ceiling height and the pole length. The pole height can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the screw on the black threaded section of the longer pole. Reinstall the pole as per the guidelines to achieve the correct height.
How to convert the static and rotation mode?
There are two SHCS at the bottom of the pipe, and you can adjust it by tightening (for static mode) or loosening (for rotation mode).
Mine doesn't spin at all?
Did you remove the 2 little SHCS on the bottom for it to spin? The pole is stuck if it is not line up correctly and install on the ceiling beam. Did you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?
My pole makes a clicking noise when it turns. How can I fix this?
Just needed to tighten it more. Or you can take it down and reinstall it. Make sure it's on a beam so when it's tight enough it doesn't damage your ceiling.
How do I determine if my ceiling and floor materials are suitable for this dance pole?
Our dance poles are designed for use with concrete or other solid ceiling and floor materials. They should not be used with plaster, integrated, decorative, or any ceilings that cannot support the required load.
Is it necessary to add additional rubber material between the ceiling/floor and the dance pole?
No, additional rubber material is not needed. Our dance poles come equipped with anti-slip silicone rings on the bases, ensuring a secure grip when the top and bottom bases are flush against the ceiling and floor.

Some things to consider:
-The instructions are pretty vague, but they have a youtube video on installation that shows you step by step how to put together and install.
-Be sure to find a ceiling beam and center it under it. You will damage your ceiling otherwise!
-If installing on carpet, add an inch (give or take depending on your carpet type and padding underneath) to your floor to ceiling measurements. The carpet will squish down as you tighten it, so you have to take that into consideration with your measurements.
-Do not tighten the pieces all the way together until you put it up and make sure you used the right extension pieces! I switched from the shorter extension piece to the longer piece and had to use a bunch of WD-40 to get the pieces apart.
-I ended up putting the pole together laying down and put the whole thing up as one piece. the shorter extension was just a little too short for the cover piece to be flush with the pole, but the longer extension was just a little too long to get over the screw to screw them together, but fit perfectly once up.
-The spinning mode feels a little sticky at first, but spins better after using for a bit.
-Use a level to make sure your pole is nice and straight!!
-It is easier with a second person when installing, but can be done alone. Just be careful!
-The pole did not come in an amazon package. The box had the brand name, item number, and color, but did not say or show anywhere that it was a pole.
-Some tiktokers have a discount code for this pole!
For a first in home pole, i’m really happy with it! It’s very affordable compared to X-Pole, and great quality for the price. I hope this helped and happing poling!!
I had it screwed up thinking it was part of tightening the pole and the pole worked fine but for a while but suddenly it starting loosening itself when I spun one way, and then it slipped from the ceiling and I dropped on the hard floor while doing a genie, thankfully I'm ok...
I tried to tighten it and suddenly the pole wouldn't spin anymore.
THIS piece causes both issues, having it tightened to the top instead of down. I see a lot of complaints about how it unscrews itself. But I think this is the issue people are having.
I love this pole, I'm having so much fun, a bit traumatized, I wish they would have stressed this on the instructions. Otherwise, so far it seems like a great pole and for $80 I couldn't help myself.
It's pretty easy to put up and take down.
I live in a small apartment so I put it up every time I use it and take it down after. I just take the top ceiling some part off and store the pole leaning in the corner in 3 pieces (the bottom part, main pole, and top, takes like 5 min)
UPDATE. this little brass piece wont budge and now my pole is stuck!!!!! i dont know what to do, ive tried wd40 , the crappy tool they give you has broken trying to push it. Keep in mind to loosen this piece it needs to be turned CLOCKWISE. I have no idea what to do because break my ceiling or cut the pole down with some type of saw!! People told me not to get a cheap pole and i didnt listen. ugh
UPDATE 2; ive kept the pole, its fine! keep it level and install it correctly, and check atleast once a week to see if it needs tightening!(youll be surprised) and it is a decent pole

The big golden tightening bolt inside which have to maintain the pressure on the pole got loose so I almost failed because of it. When i try to tight it again, it doesn't hold, it slides.
