It's shockingly hard to find a multivitamin, even a "woman's" multivitamin, that features Calcium, Vitamin D, and Iron. Nature Made Multi for Her has all 3, and in fairly decent quantities considering it's only 1 tablet per day.I have a LOT of trouble swallowing pillows, so I always snap mine in half, but I can do it by hand even with a bit of arthritis so I do not consider this a drawback to this pill considering that it can be difficult to find this combination of vitamins in 1 pill.

It has that distinct vitamin taste which is gross but they all have it unless there is a costing, which these don’t. Overall a good multi vitamin to cover the bases.
