I’m always a little skeptical about vitamins. I never know what’s a good brand but these were recommended by someone I know personally and who’s very knowledgeable about these things.

Upon that recommendation I tried these and I think they’re great. A lot of multivitamins take terrible or have a bad aftertaste. These vitamins have no taste at all and have zero aftertaste. I’m not tasting the residual vitamin taste all day. I really like them! These are the best vitamins I’ve tried in years.

Megafood is a brand I've trusted for many years. These vitamins are easy on the stomach and bring a sense of well being and energy to my day. The ingredients are quality and non-gmo which I like. The serving size is 1 tablet per day, which makes it easy to keep up with. The tablets are a manageable size to swallow. There is a light smell to the pills that reminds me of an herbal food store. The only down side that I see is that the folate and B12 are synthetic, which some people with MTHFR genetics have a hard time utilizing. Price is a bit on the high end, but you get what you pay for!
