You almost don’t want to put that first knife mark on it.. The only improvement would be if it was also offered in a bigger size, too. I wanted a small end grain cutting board that can take some abuse and this has served that purpose. The non-slip feet that come with the cutting board is great and it feels really secure. One slipped off after a couple of months of washing, but I can easily reattach it with some glue.

Also, for anyone complaining that their cutting board gets scratched up -- it's supposed to do that. If your cutting board is not getting scratched up, that means your knife edge is getting messed up. Your cutting board should be software than your knife.

Also, if your cutting board is starting to dry out, you need to season it with some food safe mineral oil. This is not specific to this cutting board, all wooden boards need to be re-seasoned.

Cutting board is a good quality board. I can’t speak to how long it will last washing and drying since I am using it on my counter as a platter to hold my oils and vinegars. looks super cute on the counter though !

I use this board with German and Japanese style knives that are laser sharp and this block has done better than most my other boards for maintaining that sharp blade.
I don't like that the resivor around the block has a drain cutout in one corner to leak juices onto the counter. But that's my only issue. I've had it a while now 4 months? It shows some use but to be fair it gets lots of use, more than you would think by its looks.
Been washed plenty and still completely flat. Have not oiled or treated it (on my to-do list)
