🌟 Our Material and Application Center Two years ago, we established our MAC for the European region to provide specialized support for material and process related topics. This global network of experts is available to us and our customers. 🛠️ Interdisciplinary knowledge on demand The MAC has two interdisciplinary groups: one for injection molding and one for compression molding. These units find the best solutions for materials and plastics processing. Our cross-functional structure helps to implement new concepts and solutions to problems. 🚀 Milestone in India: IATF certification for Bangalore and Pune! Our sites in Bangalore and Pune have been certified by the IATF for the first time. This success demonstrates the commitment and quality of our teams The IATF promotes quality in the automotive industry's supply chains. This certification confirms our high standards and opens doors to new business opportunities. Months of careful planning and strict adherence were necessary for this success. But our work is not yet finished. We will continue to refine and optimize our processes. We are thrilled to introduce our Multiplier Initiative – a pioneering, bottom-up continuous improvement approach that's making waves in our organization! 🌊 Our Multipliers are a dynamic team of 13 talented individuals from diverse areas and functions. They tackle cross-functional challenges, pain points, and efficiency issues with innovative solutions. 💡 Here’s the process: Task forces of 3 to 4 Multipliers independently develop solutions and craft improvement proposals, which are then pitched, discussed, and "multiplied" across relevant areas for implementation. 🚀 Impact: By May, 2024 our Multipliers achieved 14 successes which have been successfully transferred into our organization, driving continuous and sustainable improvements.
