Embracing a vision of sustainability and user well-being, TSBOne is predominantly constructed with wood—a departure from the norm for multi-story buildings but beneficial for the environment. 🌲🏢 Distinguishing itself by minimizing black energy usage, the building incorporates solar power 🌞 and geothermal energy 🌋, while rainwater is efficiently utilized for tasks like toilet flushing 🚽. One noteworthy aspect involves the real-time streaming of data from main meters, covering electricity, water, heat, solar energy production, office-specific temperature, and CO2 levels, all sent to the cloud for analysis. This process aims to optimize indoor climate conditions and reduce resource wastage. Looking ahead 🔦, the cloud-based streaming of additional data, such as desk occupancy and light sensor information, is anticipated. SIA Connect's IIoT gateway plays a crucial role in normalizing data from numerous sensors and main meters across different brands and protocols, enabling seamless delivery to the cloud via MQTT.
