MANGO es una multinacional de prestigio internacional dedicada al diseño, la fabricación y la comercialización de prendas de vestir y complementos para mujer, hombre y niño/a. La firma cuenta con más de 15.000 empleados, 2.200 de los cuales trabajan en el Hangar Design Center y en la sede de Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona). At Mango we are a global company with design, creativity and technology at the centre of our business model. Founded in Barcelona in 1984, we have had an international vocation since we were founded. In 1992, less than a decade after our launch, we already had a hundred stores in Spain and began our international expansion. Ten years later, in 2002, we entered China and Australia, taking our brand to all five continents. We currently have over 2700 stores in 115 markets and an ambitious expansion plan to open 500 stores by 2026, especially in key markets such as Spain, France, Italy, Germany, UK, India and the USA. During the first half of the year, we had 57 net store openings and we plan to close 2024 with approximately twenty new stores in Spain, more than fifteen in Italy, over twenty in the United Kingdom -including our first international Teen store in London- and 40 company-owned stores in the USA, among others. We continue our international expansion and brand consolidation plan with a new store in Singapore. Specifically, in Marina Square shopping mall, in the heart Marina Centre. The new point of sale, with a selling surface of 420m2, offers the Woman line exclusively and features the Mediterranean-inspired store concept, New Med, which showcases the brand’s spirit and freshness. We have been present in Singapore since 1995, when we entered the Asian market for the first time. We are driving the growth of our youth line with the opening of our first Mango Teen store in Andorra. Specifically, at the Illa Carlemany Shopping Centre in Escaldes. This opening is part of the expansion plan for our youth line, which, three years after its launch, is forecasting exponential growth, closing the fiscal year with more than 25 stores -almost doubling the figures of 2023- and a presence in 95 markets through the multi-line and online channels.
