Your mission

As key member of Corporate Controlling Team, the main purpose of your role will be to develop Business Partnering model for the corporate areas under your responsibility, providing valuable financial insights & monitoring to support decision making and ensure financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and continous development of business partnering model with the different areas of responsibility, establishing a recurring monitoring of business performance.
  • Active contribution to the strategic initiative based on beyond budgeting, aimed at changing the organization's management model in an environment without a budget, developing elements such as targets, forecasting and resource allocation models.
  • Ownership of process creation thinking to be able to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment.
  • Corporate processes definition to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment & fostering culture of financial sustainability decision making.
  • Elaborate at corporate level the strategic planning process of the areas under responsibility, as well as the subsequent processes of validation and review.
  • Monthly closing and analysis of the main impacts in order to build the reporting to the direct stakeholders and Management Comitee members, as well as active participation in value decision making.
  • OPEX analysis and follow-up.
  • Create management reports and develop control tools in an automated way.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate and align input data, solutions and outcomes, formalizing and updating processes as necessary.
  • Leadership and/or contribution in corporate projects and business cases and scenarios, both providing relevant information for the analysis, and participating in the discussion forum and decision-making.
  • Provide support in the analysis of possible M&A operations

Requirements:

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

  • Bachelor's or Degree in Business Administration / Economics or similar equivalent.
  • Sound Experience in Controlling Business Partnering in a global/multinational environment.
  • Previous consulting experience and/or Controlling process definition & deployment.
  • Mindset accustomed to thinking in an orderly and clear manner when designing processes from scratch.
  • Highly valued previous experience in the Pharma, health or similar sector.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Global business vision, excellent analytical skills, and knowledge of system trends and management tools such as SAP & analytics, BI tools (Qlik, Onestream...)
  • Impact and influence, Team player, strategic vision, empathy, active listening, ability to build value relationships and Business Accument.
