A campus peopled by 90210 characters is plagued by killings that copy urban legends, like the one about the ax murderer hiding in the girl’s backseat. Yes, Urban Legend makes Scream look like Key Largo, though director Jamie Blanks’ deft staging of some genuinely suspenseful action sequences is entertaining enough. C+
