Anyone expecting a glimpse at the oft-violent world of soccer should look for more substantial material than Switching Goals — say, Steve Guttenberg’s hard-hitting romp The Big Green. Instead, this amicable TV flick finds the twins — one sporty, one posh, and both executive producers — pulling a fast one on their parents when they swap identities. The kids are alright, acting-wise, but Goals is hardly a keeper. C
