Dr. Doogie Howser has one less place to store his old scrubs. Neil Patrick Harris, who starred in NBC’s recently canceled Stark Raving Mad, has sold his home of nine years. (He still plans to live in L.A.) The 2,000-square-foot domicile sits in the foothills just north of Mulholland Drive and features French doors, a game room, and a granite kitchen. Built in the ’40s, it also boasts an English garden with a winding brick pathway and viewing decks — not to mention a porch hammock and swing. ”He wanted something larger,” says Monty Iceman, Harris’ broker at Gibson Realtors. ”I think he was about 17 when he bought that.”
