”The Bachelor”’s Andrew Firestone seemed to have some trouble choosing between the final two bachelorettes, but in the end, he gave the rose — and a ring — to Jen, leaving Kirsten feeling sick to her stomach. On the season finale of the ABC dating show, tire heir and vintner Firestone proposed to Jennifer Schrefft, the 26-year-old account executive and Marcia Brady lookalike from Chicago. She said yes, describing him as the man of her dreams.

During the final show, Firestone brought both Jen and Kirsten Buschbacher, the 23-year-old brunet merchandiser from Tampa, home to the family’s California winery to meet the folks. Firestone’s brother, Adam, grilled Kirsten about an ex-boyfriend, and she admitted she hadn’t completely broken it off with him before going on the show. Andrew seemed distressed to learn this, but it seemed to make his choice easier. He tried to let her down easy, but later, as he was popping the question to her rival, Kirsten said, ”I’m so sick of thinking of him and Jen together…. I want to throw up.”

Kirsten, Jen, Andrew, and next fall’s Bachelor, Bob Guiney (rejected by Trista Rehn during ”The Bachelorette” this past winter), will do a postmortem on Wednesday, an ABC special called ”The Bachelor: After the Final Rose.”
